Central gelegenes Hotel mit sehr nettem Personal

Die Lage des Hotels war perfekt. Sehr zentral, die Metrostation "Universitat" ist direkt vor dem Hotel. Das Personal an der Reception war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Insbesondere zu erwähnen sind Genaro und Thomas. Sie konnten uns mit diversen Fragen behilflich sein, wie das Finden von Restaurants und auch für unsere Ausflugsziele hatten Sie immer eine perfekte Lösung parat. :-)

Cons:

Wir hatten kein Frühstück inklusive gebucht. Das Restaurant im obersten Stock des Hotels gehört nicht zum Hotel, bietet aber ein Frühstücksbuffet an. Leider hat man uns im Restaurant nicht mitgeteilt, dass die Getränke extra kosten (Kaffee, Tee, Säfte etc.) und deshalb war die Endrechnung (Frühstück/Restaurant) doppelt so teuer wie angeboten.

Location, attentive staff, extremely professional, comfort fantastic, facilities brilliant
Pros:

Excellent location, rooms were immaculate, very comfortable, was given an upgrade which was great. Staff extremely helpful and attentive, nothing was too much trouble. Roof top bar and restaurant was an added benefit all be it we didn't use the facility due to the weather being a little chilly to sit outside, but no doubt a little hidden gem when the weather warms up. certainly recommend this hotel.

Really enjoyed our stay, will definitely be back!
Pros:

Very nice room, great shower, lovely staff! Good location, nice breakfast with a view, very comfortable bed, and it was quiet despite the noise outside.

Cons:

Honestly if I really had to say something then it would be that the floor of the room was always dusty.
