Pros:

Personnel de la réception très accueillants et très aimables ! Situation idéale pour découvrir Barcelone. Toit-terrasse agréable et chambres très confortables et bien insonorisées

Cons:

Sol de la chambre pas forcément très propre.
Hôtel très sympa mais peut être un petit cher au vu des infrastructures.

Recommend staying here, if you want to be in the heart of Barcelona. Safe and convenient.
Pros:

Central location, across the road from the metro and everything so walkable. Great to have a proper shower, instead of having one above the bath. Good double glazing to shut out street noise. Loved having a balcony.

Pros:

Casa Luz was a great stay! the rooms are spacious with great light; the bathrooms clean; and the location convenient. The staff was also incredibly kind and helpful. Highly recommend the stay here!

Great weekend in Barcelona. Beautiful city. Not sure I would stay in the hotel again
Pros:

Nice location. Rooms were fine if a little small.

Cons:

Hallways and corridors not well maintained. Staff in reception very friendly. More mixed in restaurant.

Excellent!
Pros:

The staff was exceptional; professional, helpful, friendly, proactively coming up with good advice and offering excellent tips qua restaurants etc.
The hotel has a great location and is very nicely appointed.

Cons:

The rooms are on a smaller side, but they are amazingly well organized and designed.

Personale gentilissimo, preparato e sempre disponibile.
Punto di forza: deposito bagagli gratuiti! Grazie a questo servizio ci hanno permesso di guadagnare due interni giorni, per niente scontato!
Tra i servizi, c'era anche la disponibilità di usufruire di diversi distributori di acqua fresca completamente gratuiti

Exceeded my expectations
Pros:

This was my first time in Barcelona and I was traveling alone. I loved the security of having to have a key card to enter, atmosphere, staff, location (I could walk to most places) and most importantly the VIEW!!! I highly recommend. I extended my trip and the staff ensured I was in the same room for the entire trip. I would definitely book again!
There is also a roof too restaurant with great views.

Ubicación, comodidad de la cama.

Cons:

Habitación con clara falta de limpieza, polvo por todas partes. La ducha filtraba el agua hacia fuera. Clara falta de mantenimiento de la misma. Ventanas/balcones no aisladas/os acústicamente, se escucha el ruido de la calle y de la circulación. Aparentemente hicieron un upgrade a una habitación con vistas a la calle. Reservé interior, precisamente por este motivo particular.
