Great place - we would happily stay there again.
Pros:

The location is, very convenient - just opposite the University of Barcelona, with a metro stop virtually outside the door, lots of buses and an easy walk to all the major sights. We were upgraded to a suite on arrival, which was a lovely surprise, so we had a nice big room on the top floor with a balcony and great views and, slightly bizarrely, a bathtub in the room. There was a separate bathroom area with lovely big shower and twin basins etc. The breakfasts were very generous with plenty of choice and delicious eggs every way you could wish for cooked to order. Nice friendly staff too.

Cons:

There wasn't any kind of comfortable seating in our room and because the hotel is tall and narrow with just an entrance and lift lobby on the ground floor, there aren't any general seating areas.

Amazing!!!!!
Pros:

We stayed in Casa Luz for 1 night and it was amazing ! The service of the hotel is remarkable. We were there before the official check in time, but they already had a room ready for us even with a balcony upgrade! On the day back, the staff could hold onto our luggage for the rest of the day while we went into the city and they helped us with the best possible transport to the airport. The rooms are spacious, really clean and super comfortable. I would recommend staying here, when I go to Barcelona again I will for sure have my stay in Casa Luz!!!

Exceptionale!
Pros:

Loved this hotel! Great rooms, superb staff. Excellent location. Super helpful team. Ricardo and Facu were amazing with detail, recommendations, assistance, friendliness. So enjoyed the roof on fire restaurant and food was delicious.

Pros:

The location was perfect. I contacted the hotel before arriving and asked if they could store our bags on the first day so that we could make the most of our time in Barcelona. When we arrived the room that we were staying in was already cleaned and ready for us. The rooftop bar was a nice place to chill after long days exploring the city. We would definitely recommend the hotel to others and would go back.

Cons:

The only issue we had with the room is that it could do with a mini fridge.

Pros:

Good breakfast plentiful and frequently replenished. Excellent views of the city from room and restaurant. Very comfy bed

Tra coffee and water not replenished second night. Bathroom smelt of damp
