Pros:

Für mich die perfekte Lage für Tokyo. Mitten drin, aber doch ruhig.
U-Bahn Haltestelle quasi vor der Tür, in nur 3 Minuten erreichbar. Beide Flughäfen mit den Bahnen erreichbar. Und für den kleinen Hunger div. Convenience Stores in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Cons:

Ich war bereits um 12 Uhr am Hotel und da das Zimmer schon fertig war, hatte ich gefragt ob ich eventuell vorher schon Einchecken könnte und das wurde abgelehnt. Ich durfte tatsächlich erst ab 15 Uhr aufs Zimmer. Aber ok.

管理很好，環境很舒服，早餐很好吃

Cons:

無法選擇非吸煙樓層，後來才聽說可以跟櫃檯說更換，如果是沒有吸煙的人訂房的時候可能要注意一下

The staff is extremely rude; staying here will only ruin your mood.

I booked a room for one adult and one child, but upon arrival, there was only one pillow provided. When I went to the front desk to inquire, the staff member told me that because children stay for free, they do not provide pillows or towels for them. Does a child not need a pillow to sleep? Do they not need a towel to bathe?
If this is your policy, it should have been clearly stated at the time of booking so that guests could choose to pay extra or bring their own. Furthermore, the staff member's attitude was extremely rude. This is the worst service experience I have ever encountered in Japan.
I will be leaving a review on Google Maps in both Chinese and English to warn other travelers that if they are staying with children at this hotel, they need to bring their own pillows and towels.

Good location, very close to Kuramae station. The room is compact but comfortable. Good breakfast from 6:30.
