Our restaurant is closed on Sunday evenings. There is no elevator at the property. Please note that satellite navigation systems tend to prefer the CF14-9UE postcode. You will see the Manor Parc Hotel just over the motorway bridge on your left-hand side.
Please be aware that music may be played until 1:00 AM on weekends and selected dates. Please contact the hotel if you wish to verify.
Outside guests not staying in the hotel will not be able to access the hotel or bedrooms.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The whole 2 days stay was good, staff accommodating, polite, welcoming. Nothing too much trouble, staff even went out their way to provide an emergency phone charger as mine didn't work .

Lovely hotel on the edge of town, perfect if you've got yr own transport, or a 8 to 10 min walk to bus stop ...

Lovely hotel. Staff were so helpful, especially the lady I spoke to a couple of times at reception. She did her utmost to help me with arrangements to get to a concert re parking, etc.
Breakfast was excellent. The best fry-up breakfast I've had at any hotel I've stayed at. I asked for my compliments to be sent to the chef. The lady who took my order for breakfast was a total delight too and a total credit to the hotel. Very efficient and friendly.
Excellent value for money. Would definitely stay at this hotel again. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Perfect location; 15 minute drive from the city centre, but far enough out, it felt like a real retreat. Great for a night’s very comfortable stay after a gig in Cardiff.

On arrival we were greeted by a wonderful lady on reception !! Wish I remembered her name ,, she proceeded to book our taxi for the evening and couldn't have been more helpful

The staff very attentive, polite and courteous. Very nice breakfast, and hotel very well maintained.
The price was doubed because of concert in city did not warrent £220. Bed uncomfortable could feel springs.

Nothing to complain about. The only problem I had was getting sound to work on tv. Remote control was very helpful.
