Super emplacement et chambre confortable
Pros:

L'hôtel est très confortable et extrêmement bien situé dans un quartier calme et très mignon de la ville ! La station de métro est tout à côté et il y a aussi beaucoup de lignes de bus qui permettent d'aller partout. A pied il est très facile d'aller à Gion / Kamo river !
Le service de bagagerie est aussi au top, on a pu poser nos valises avant le check un pour découvrir la ville plus légers ☺️
La chambre était très spacieuse et confortable.

Nice hotel in an excellent location with a great breakfast.
Pros:

They offered a wide selection that varied a little each day. With my busy day, it was a great way to start. The rooms were comfortable and the location is perfect. It's on a quiet street but very close to everything. This meant it was quiet but I could quickly get to the downtown.

Cons:

I had no issues with the facility. This is my 3rd time staying here and I plan to return.

Top Hotel mit allen was man braucht. Fantastische Lage, super freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück, kostenlose Getränke den ganzen Tag über. Zimmer ausreichend groß.

Cons:

良くなかった点は、ありませんが、強いて言えば、壁掛け時計みたいなのが、目立つところにあると、旅行客にとっては、とてもうれしいですね。

Muy bonito el hotel.

Cons:

Un autentico infierno pedir la factura de empresa. Desaconsejo totalmente si viajas por negocios alojarte con ellos. Nosotros al menos no creo que repitamos si es por empresa. A mi me parece algo bastante básico saber hacer una factura que además pedí con antelación a mi llegada.

P.D: Llevo tres semanas peleándome con atención al cliente de Booking y sigo sin tener la factura. El hotel dice que como pagué con antelación no pueden hacer factura (WTF) y Booking dice que la factura la tiene que hacer el hotel porque ellos solo son una plataforma para el pago...
