CLEOPATRA ICARIA APART HOTEL

Hotel was clean,some minor issues with the room, The bathroom faucet was broken, the internet didn't work in the room so we had to connect to another room. All in all, the hotel is good! All in all, the hotel is good! The problem is with the beach, it is very dirty, full of cigarette butts and trash, people leave trash and no one cleans it. You can see that the beach has not been cleaned for months. Also, you should not shop in the shops near the beach, because the prices are quite different from normal ones.

Otelin temizliği ve konforu yeterli seviyede. Parasının karşılığını veren bir yer bence. Bir tek tava kullanışmaya ak derecede çizikti ve wifi pek iyi çekmiyordu. Denize 100m mesafede, kafe ve lokantalara yakın. Genel olarak tavsiye ederim.

Apartment was clean, simple but just what we needed! Aircon was great to keep us cool during highs of summer.

Pool area was always clean and tidy, we loved the pool and restaraunt at hotel is amazing! Great price for food not overcharged and the staff are just amazing go above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable. I can’t thank them enough.

Beach is a 2 minute walk as there is a park also on the beach ideal for small children…

Hotel is close to all shops and was ideal location for people with children…

The only downside is the beds are very very hard and uncomfortable as are the pillows.. I can sleep anywhere but I really struggled to get a good sleep. Otherwise our over all stay was excellent and would stay again.

If your looking for a quiet happy go little budget hotel this is your place!

The hotel does not look like the pictures. The pictures is Ai generated that make the hotel look fresh and bright, but in reality is not. Everything was dirty for example the stairs, the floor, the towels, the kitchen, shower etc. The airconditioner didn’t work when we werent at the hotel so it was very hot. The doors and walls is so thin that you hear everytime someone is talking, playing music and so on. We had an strange middle door right int the middle of the room that was covered in a wierd thin black soft material so the when the neighbor started playing turkish music in the evening, it was like he was right next to us because it was so noisy and loud. The staff didnt wanna help and wasnt to any help in general with anything. They weren’t comunicating with eachother so one of them told us something and the next day ther was a new person sitting in the lobby that had no idea what our request was or anything. The pool area was small but nice. Just dont believe the pictures because it is not what the reality is.

Yatak cok rahatsizdi duşakabin kirikti su surekli bi sicak bi soguk oluyordu kendi kendine. Havuzu guzeldi ama kumluydu

Konaklama maksadı ile gayet güzel şehir merkezine yürüyüş yapması keyifli

Otel çok temizdi yalana gerek yok oteli yorumlara bakarak biraz endişeli gelmiştik ama odaları temiz güzel çıktı biz memnun kaldık içiniz rahat gelebilirsiniz tamtamına bir aile oteli

Cosy apartment close to Cleopatra beach. The bed was comfortable & the room was just right for singles or couples and has a spacious balcony. Shower looked like it has been refurbished recently & was large with hairdryer & great hot water pressure.
Good value for money also.

Positives:
* Good location
* Good air conditioner
* Sink in the shower is not clogged and drains water quickly
* Great restaurant: both food, service and prices
* Friendly personnel. Thanks to Ohan, Oman and Ismet

Negatives:
* It's VERY difficult to get a comfortable water temperature in the shower
* No warm water in the shower late in the evening or at night
* The personnel is friendly, but sometimes forgets what you asked for and needs reminders, even if you gave them tips
* Cleaning frequency is unpredictable, 1-4 days between cleanings
* The hotel doesn't respond to e-mails or hotels.com msgs

Much is missing or half-broken, such as:
* The bathroom lacks a shelf or even a hook for towels
* Broken shower head holder that does not hold the shower head
* No microwave even though shown in the room pictures
* No big knife to cut a watermelon
* Chipped and cracked plates and cups, and very few of them
* Portable stove is heating very weakly
* The wardrobe has only 2 hangers, for all the clothes of 3 people
* The balcony has only 2 chairs, again, for 3 people
* Non-working light bulbs

Some of that was fixed after I complained, but not all, each fix took several days, and I needed to remind several times

It's impossible to have everything perfect, but the amount of deficiencies in this hotel was too much. Nobody wants to spend their vacation time on complaining and reminding about the hotel lackings

2 stars instead of 1 because of the personnel and great bar/restaurant

Çift kişilik odada 2 ayrı yatak vardı birleştirince tek çift kişilik yatak oluyor denildi lakin biri yüksek diğeri alçakta kalıyor .

Pictures wasn't same as what we got..room was old and smel so bad

Odanın içinde ihtiyacınız olan herşey var konumu çok güzel iyi temizliği de güzeldi sadece havlular biraz daha temiz olabilirdi ama onun haricinde havuz balkon herşey harikaydı

Hotel very convenient for city centre and beach. Friendly staff with Okan going above and beyond, best barman in Alanya. Would definitely stay here again :)

The hotel is brilliant and i highly recommend this hotel to anybody the staff and owners were perfect .oshsn looked after us every day we couldnt fault anything at all with the whole place and the food and cleanliness and the food and customer service was amazing i willl definitely use this hotel again

Some problems entering the room while checking in. But they fixed it by giving us another room. The hotel had some renovation going on at the time, so sometimes some noice in the daytime. Location is nice, close to the beach and other things. Kind and helpful staff.
