Never again!!
A power outage is understandable. Having no lighting in the stairwell, resulting in my son falling, is not.
We had to leave around 7 a.m. carrying all of our belongings with no elevators and zero help from staff.
The hotel may be newer, but the walls are extremely thin and the overall experience was nowhere near even a decent two-star standard.
Hotel management then ignored multiple emails. We escalated the matter to Marriott Customer Care, who opened a formal case, but even they eventually reached the end of what they could do because the property refused to authorize any adjustment.
That tells you everything you need to know about the level of accountability here.
Completely unprofessional.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
It was a comfy bed
The noise above was HORRIBLE! I called 3 times before arrival and never got a return call. Called day of arrival told my room would be on ground level and it was a no pet room got there to find out I had no room and if I took a ground level it would be a pet room. So took a third floor room to be kept awake all night lby the people above. It wasn’t a good stay or sleep for a 12 hour drive home the next day. NOT IMPRESSED

We were shocked to be told that at a per night stay of over $400/ night, our room was cleaned and made up every other day. At that price I was not happy at having to make my bed every other day!
The quietness
The poor timing & quality of the breakfast on Saturday. I’d assume someone didn’t show up for their shift. We were rushed to get going but wanted to wait for our breakfast. Everything seemed poorly microwaved or cold.
Cleaning staff every 2 days. We were only there 2 nights. Having to ask front end staff for more coffee . After paying over $400/night. Seemed like a rip off for what we got in return.

The ‘breakfast included’ was very basic for a Marriot Bonvoy hotel!
Dirty breakfast room, tables covered in jam and crumbs.
No plates, no coffee, no milk, no eggs
No room clean I understand, but no towel change or coffee pod restock?
Clean and new feeling. Good gym.
Expensive for a regional centre, but perhaps due to car show on during our stay,
Mooie grote kamer en ruime badkamer. Alles schoon. Comfortabele bedden.
Ontbijt was matig. Het houten bestek is vreselijk. Je kan er niet mee snijden en het geeft een vieze smaak aan het eten.
Hendel van de wastafel kraan was kapot. (Dat moet toch opgemerkt zijn door de schoonmaakster?!!)
