le personnel au petit déjeuner pas très aimable (nous lui avons signalé qu il n était plus possible de faire des gaufres car la pâte était trop liquide. Il n'a pas remplacé le système et nous n'avons pas pu en avoir d'autres ; beaucoup de produits ultra transformés

It was good.
Pros:

It is new and well-maintained. Clean, quiet, with good water pressure. Most of the staff are very friendly and welcoming and ready to help. We received a few very helpful tips about the neighborhood, and our questions and concerns about the room were addressed right away.

Cons:

It was apparently a real challenge for some of the younger staff members to put their phones down long enough to greet the customers.
