This is my second time staying at this property. Always friendly staff, the bed and pillows are just like home.
The only thing is housekeeping. They don’t visit you everyday so used towels are not my thing, but when I called the desk they ran fresh towels up lickity split.
I always use the laundry too. They only have one location now. One washer was out of order which caused difficulty. Since you only have two washers when one is down repairs need to be in a timely fashion. Since you removed laundry on other floors perhaps you need to increase the washers by one or two, just my opinion.
I absolutely recommend this hotel!!!

Comfortable stay in a location that I wouldn't recommend for tourists.
Pros:

The location was odd. There were many businesses that seemed to be closed. There were few restaurants in the area.

Cons:

The breakfast was marred by the lack of anything to spread on the toast or bagels such as butter or cream cheese. other than that, it was okay.
