Close to downtown and very clean
Pros:

Suites are very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was very good and convenient location to downtown Ft Myers

Pros:

The staff was friendly and the room was very clean

Cons:

The breakfast was not good at all!!!
The breakfast items were BARELY warm
every single day and the oatmeal was
too runny to eat.
Quite frankly it was a huge disappointment!!!
WE made management aware of this on two occasions but nothing was done to correct the situation.
The pool needs some attention. The steps and surface areas look dirty.

What I didn’t like is someone called the hotel property trying to find information about someone in my party and the hotel staff gave out that information. So for the safety of my party we are choosing not to book again

It was quite pleasant for a short visit.
Pros:

The place was super clean, and the room was very spacious and comfortable, with all te necessary things in the right place. Really liked the layout of the suite.

Cons:

Not much to not like. I’ a simple man, it’s the little things that brings me the most joy & this hotel had all the little things that brings me joy.

I would definitely stay here again
Pros:

The hotel was really easy to find beautifully located because we needed to be close to downtown. The staff was wonderful. It was beyond spotlessly clean, and it was a really pretty interior and exterior.
