Great Price and Location. Would Definitely Recommend.
Pros:

This hotel is in a quiet yet convenient neighborhood. Just ~5 mins walk to Gion(has metro to Tenjin), Kushida Shrine(metro to Hakata train station) and Kawabata Shopping Arcade, ~10 mins to Canal City and Nakasu food stalls street. I traveled with a rental car, the parking fee is very reasonable.
The room is big enough for half open 2 large 28" suitcases, which is very decent size in this price in Japan, comparing to APA which you can only open your suitcase by putting it on the bed. Bed is queen size, also bigger than many hotels in Japan - stating double room but only full bed for 2 ppl.
No doubt about the typical Japanese level cleanness. Everything is just so clean. The public bath on the 2nd floor is a very nice bonus if you like the public bathing culture.
Staffs are super friendly and helpful. Some of them can speak pretty good English. There are staffs can also speak Chinese and Korean as well.
Buffet style breakfast is okay, you can pick either Western or Japanese style breakfast(why not both?). Good price for the varieties.
Will definitely stay here again next time in Fukuoka.
