Improve on staff and customer approach

Nothing. The hotel need to really improve

Cons:

My arrival past check-in hours, hotel refused to leave keys somewhere. They told me to send a trusted person to pick keys! Our 1st time visit to the country, travelling with someone in need of support.
We tried asking them to cancel, but totally refuse. In other word, before travelling to a country, i should establish a friend to pick keys. That was the worst experience ever!

Una notte per concerto a san siro
Pros:

Appartamento ampio e pulito, un po' anonimo. zona tranquilla e vicinissima alla metro gambara

Cons:

Nessun accessorio per bagno e cucina, aria condizionata non funzionante e durante il soggiorno si è rotto. l' ascensore e non e stato aggiustato. Ben quattro piani a piedi con le valigie e con 40 gradi. Peccato, poteva andare meglio!

Siamo rimasti delusi stavolta. Mi dispiace. Non credo torneremo.
Pros:

Avendone già usufruito lo scorso anno, ci piaceva la posizione e l’accoglienza delle ragazze alla reception.

Cons:

Appartamento non pulitissimo,una stanza non climatizzata e si moriva dal caldo tanto che abbiamo dovuto spostare una brandina, un condizionatore molto anzi troppo rumoroso ed il phon non presentabile. Appicicoso.
