Apesar de afastado do centro, muito próximo do metro e localizado dentro de um condomínio fechado. Apartamento espaçoso e limpo. Possibilidade de guardar as malas após check-out.

Cons:

Não haver microondas, nem máquina de café.
Péssima insonorização: ouve-se tudo o que se passa na rua (apesar da mesma ser muito sossegada) e nos apartamentos e quartos/wc's contíguos. Não recomendável para quem tem sono leve.

Pros:

L'accueil
L'emplacement a proximité du métro, que nous n'avons pas pris car nous préférons les trajet de surface, mais pas trop loin le tram 16 qui allait aussi directement au duomo .sur le chemin un carrefour express. Et a quelques minutes la pizzeria campana.. exceptionnelle, qui fait aussi traiteur.(Repas sur place ou à emporter )
L'espace! Famille de 5 tout le monde était a l'aise !
Propreté, c'est un hotel, ces propre+++++

L'isolation des canalisations (réveil automatique a 7h si les voisins respectent le pas de douche /chasse avant 7h

Seulement 2 douche (prévenu a l'arrivé) donc challenge de doucher les 3 enfants et moi en une fois relevé et réussi, le papa avait encore de l'eau chaude après.

Nous avons réussi à avoir une place dans la rue , et on a laissé la voiture la durant tout le séjour (1,20e de l'heure ça nous paraissait correct) par contre découverte de la area B qui fait que notre voiture était interdite de circulation entre 7h30 et 19h30 donc déplacement la veille au soir du véhicule.

Pas de bol pour les céréales du matin.

Everything we expected on a return visit
Pros:

Have stayed there many times as the location is good for us (near family but also the Metro and is walkable from the centre of Milan). The flats are big, clean, well equipt (a kettle for example is not a given in Italy) and devoid of the things we don't like about private landlords (personal ornaments, leftover food from previous guests etc). Always good to have a reception - and they are contactable by Whatsapp. Reception staff very helpful

Cons:

The flats are a bit tired, decoration-wise. But that is a minor factor.

Potpuno razočaranje – apartman nema veze sa slikama, kuhinja je neupotrebljiva, a noći su neprospavane zbog užasne buke
Cons:

Jedno od najgorih iskustava sa smještajem koje smo imale.

Od samog početka komunikacija je bila loša, ali najveći problem nastao je oko preuzimanja ključeva. Nismo bile jasno informisane o proceduri, a dolazak u kasnim večernjim satima pretvorio se u stres bez ikakve pomoći ili fleksibilnosti od strane domaćina. Umjesto da nam olakšaju dolazak, ostavljene smo da same tražimo rješenje u nepoznatom gradu.

Apartman koji smo dobile NIJE odgovarao fotografijama sa Bookinga. Prostor djeluje zapušteno i bez osnovne brige o detaljima.

Kuhinja je praktično neupotrebljiva – nema dodatnog posuđa ni osnovnih stvari potrebnih za bilo kakvu pripremu hrane.

Zvučna izolacija je katastrofalna – cijelu noć se čuje lupanje i buka od susjeda, tako da je odmor praktično nemoguć.

Za cijenu koju smo platile, ovo je apsolutno neprihvatljivo i daleko ispod bilo kakvog standarda.

Iskreno, savjetujem svima da izbjegnu ovaj smještaj u širokom luku. Ovo nije samo loše iskustvo, već potpuni promašaj. Očekivale smo minimum profesionalnosti, a dobile smo suprotno.
