Very bad after sales customer service
Pros:

The room was booked for a patient in King Faisal Specialist hospital , just after booking within 30 mins i asked for a cancellaton as the DR advised the patient not to leave the hospital .
since 7th March upto 13th March daily i was asking for an update . but the hotel is not at all responsive by fone or email , neither hotels.com nor i could reach them and they refused cancellation on such circumstances although i know the room was non-refundable - but as a exclusion the hotel could have charged 1 day or 2 day room rent but they didnt allow cancellation and charged me for 8 days and no one stayed in the room
no coutersy,non responsive,non-cooperative,and never book in this hotel as they dont have time to respond to clients .
in my case the hotel didnt respond - if one has any emergency to contact the hotel they wouldnt reply either

Pros:

Nice new hotel close to King faisal hospital, and dinning with supermarket are very close with walkable distance.

Pros:

very nice experience, room service is nice.... check in time is inconvenient ( I arrived early and they checked me in around 4 PM. what if I arrived at midnight or later ) for other things all are good
- add extra TV channels if possible
- add extra bell boys at the parking to pick up my luggage

Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel and the staff was very friendly and helpful and I was coming to Riyadh for business at AlTakhasosi Hospital and it was amazing that I stayed in a hotel just crossed the street to reach my goal and there is AlDanub Supermarket in the same spot and a variety of restaurants and Cafes around the hotel I want to thank everyone working at Aber because they let my trip very nice and easy to finish my goals
