Clean, friendly staff,
Lack of breakfast options
It was very close to freeway. It was super clean and staff was friendly and efficient
The rooms we so empty. Not one picture in the wall, tile floor and no rugs. It sounded and seemed like being in a shipping container! Also no breakfast
The only positive input I have was the check in on the first night.
My bed was filthy, had what looked like dog hair, dirt and dark stains on the base sheet. Also, it was covered in unknown black specs and pubic hair. There was also pubic hair in the shower. I tried to speak to the agent the next morning, but she just gave me a card with a number to call. She said it was guest services. It ended up just being the front desk of the property. The women that were on duty the next day, (August 5th), day shift were terrible, bad mannered and have zero customer service skills. Arguing with me and hanging up twice. They clearly should not be in a customer service position. I only asked if I could get just a partial refund, but they thought it was better to argue and fight with a customer, than try to come to some kind of agreement. They blamed me for the bed being gross and dirty, which is just absurd!!???

No shampoo in the room, only 2 pillows, and couldn't get any more.

The motel was very nice and clean. The beds were very comfortable. They don't charge extra for pets. The front desk staff was very nice to our dog.

Rooms are clean and everything is new (or near new). Excellent location right off the interstate.
For the price, I understand that the rooms will be small. However, the "desk" could barely hold my laptop it was so narrow and there was barely room to get around to the far side of the bed.
It was convenient (walking distance)to a good restaurant and a good brew pub. The room was very nice and clean.
Ice on each floor would have been convenient and at least a small selection of breakfast items would have been nice.
