An excellent, high-quality Hotel which worked very well for us as a family.
Pros:

Well organised and located. Staff v helpful. Nice touches like the welcome drinks and the offer of free amenities to enhance your stay made it more than just a routine city hotel.

Buena ubicación , cerca de tren y cerca de sitios turístico

Cons:

Extremadamente pequeñas las habitaciones, éramos 3 con 3 maletas más bolsos y no cabíamos . El desayuno es estilo japonés no tienen variedad si quieres comer algo más europeo o americano . Solo tenía mini croissant y huevos , no usan jamón , quesos de resto todo era desayuno local

ドアのロックが暗証番号なので、フロントに鍵を預けたり無くしたりする心配がない。

スタッフの方もみな親切だった。

立地が良かったので、行動しやすかったです。

大浴場が無い。
朝食が大行列で食べれなかったので、コンビニで買って戻ったら、ホテルの朝食を部屋で食べても良いと知ったので、がっかりでした。最初に知りたかったです。

とてもいいホテルでした！次の機会があればまた使用したいです。

受付の対応が丁寧。
ご飯も美味しい。
配管の繋がってる別室の水道かなにかで問題があった時も、訪問してくる時間はアレだが対応と説明が分かりやすかった。

Cons:

狭い立地と繁忙期なのでホテルが良くなかったと言うと語弊があるかもしれないが、朝食を食べるのに少し不便に感じた。(待機列や席の回転等)
便利ではあったが非常口から簡単に出入りできるのは安全面で少し不安。

ウエルカムドリンクで夜アルコールも飲める。
1人なら弁当を買って、無料のお酒と弁当で夕食出来て最高だと思う。
枕を自分に合ったものに選べることが良い。
