No good for large people or anyone wanting a quiet room.
Pros:

Lovely traditional garden opposite (next to stadium). Closeness to Chinatown. and waterfront.

Cons:

The bathroom was small even by japanese standards. Toilet pan so close to door and step down made it hard to get in, and out in particular. Big people please take note as you may not fit. Worse still, olutside our window the large building site opposite was being demolished with many heavy vehicles and jack hammers banging from early morning..

お客様に向き合う姿勢が素晴らしい

スタッフの対応が良く、宿泊客への接客やホテルを良くしたいという意識がとても高い。
チェックアウト後にフロントに用があり戻ったら、カフェスペースで清掃係が集まり真剣にミーティングしていた。
「ただキレイにすれば良いだけではない。些細なことでも気付いたことがあれば、確実に連絡して丁寧に対応していこう」と。うわべだけではないんだなと向き合う姿勢に感動した。

Cons:

とにかく部屋が狭い。遠方からだったので大きいスーツケースが2つあったため、歩くスペースがほとんどなくなってしまった。荷物の整理にもちょっと困った。

I would definately recommend the hotel . Good location, very good breakfast, good service.
Pros:

Location close to subway stations and Yokohama stadium, 30 minutes walking distance to Pacifico Yokohama exhibition center
