Lucky us.
Pros:

The breakfast was so good, esp. rice and miso soup. Ana all clues provided us good hospitality with nice smile.
And location was good to have short strolling in the morning because the hotel was just in front of Japanese garden.

狭くて荷物の開け広げも出来ない
ベットの上がテーブル代わり
車は小型の低車高しか不可拒否とにかく無理ムリ
フロント応対がキツイ
朝めし場がカオス、時間帯で分けた方が良い
客こなしのオバチャンは凄く頑張ってた⭕️
