We will be back again.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly. Inspite of the Cartel disaster, the staff made sure we were well taken care of.

Amazing place to stay.
Pros:

I love this hotel. Close to Maria. Staff are amazing, rooms are awesome, Resturant was awesome

Bad experience no communication
Pros:

Breakfast was ok location to airport was good the problem was we ask if we could cancel our last day as we had to fly home early my wife’s mother was in Emergency hospital and we had to come home they told us we could cancel so when I went to check out they would not refund our last day they have very little englishish and basically told us no way not even give our breakfast money back even though we would not be there

Cons:

Staff speaking English and understanding it as Puerto Vallarta has thousands of tourists every also tell you one thing the tell you can’t have a refund on the room as we had to fly home for a emergency

The location is the best. Room was big and clean. Looks very well maintained and the bed was the best.

I appreciated my first stay so much (a week) that I returned when I was again in PVsix weeks later.
Pros:

The breakfast always had many delicious choices, even for people with food allergies.
Hot dishes, fruits, coffee, juices.

Cons:

Protocol to pay was unclear to me.
Upon checkin, I was asked if I would be dining, so I thought my meals would be charged to my room.
Then, attiving at the dining room, I was asked for my room number.
However, I was expected to pay at the end of each meal.
This was not a problem, simply unclear to me.
