Pros:

Breakfast was nice. The room was comfy and had everything we needed, including soap - this item seems to be missing in many accommodations across Vietnam, that's why I mention it. There is a vegan restaurant on the ground floor. Super close to bus station. If you go on a overnight trek, you can leave you luggage with reception at no cost.

Cons:

If you get the room next to the elevator, the noise wakes you up at night.

Really great place to rest after/before a night bus
Pros:

The kindest staff ever! they are so friendly & helpful, accommodated for our late night bus even with a last minute booking! We got a room upgrade complementary - the room was big and comfortable, the location is so convenient being next to the bus station. The new vegan restaurant onsite is absolutely outstanding!!

We checked in at 2 pm and came back at 6 pm. We then realized the mold was bad (no windows to open) and askes for another room. They were fully booked so we left. No refund

Pros:

I checked in at 7.a.m. in the morning, the receptionist was not there but the Banh Mi seller, she is the one who checked me in lol

The room is small but super clean the facilities are really good compare to the price

A short night at the sapa dream hotel
Pros:

Great location for bus-users. The stuff was friendly and helpful. The price is good.

Cons:

For a 2 star hotel the experience is good, but you shouldn't expect anything more than that or you will be disappointed. Cheep on shampoo and soap amounts.
