Very comfortable stay.
Pros:

Great location in the Ehrenfeld area, lots and of local restaurants including many vegan options. Very clean and practical, everything worked as needed. Comfortable bed and strong water pressure for the shower, the most important things I need. I loved the fact that I could open all the doors using my phone via the hotel app.

In super schönem alter Gebäude mit Inustriecharme

Cons:

Der dazugebuchte Parkplatz wurde am falschen Tag gebucht. Ewig lange Disskussion mit Chat Bot, niemand zu erreichen, niemand vor Ort. Die Mehrkosten sind nicht erstattet worden.
Abfluss war verstopft, konnte der Chat Bot auch nicht reparieren

Für uns war der Aufenthalt hauptsächlich wegen der Lage gut.
Pros:

Die Lage ist für uns günstig, weil wir in der Nähe einen Besuch gemacht haben. Das Einchecken ist zwar unpersönlich, hat aber gut geklappt. Gefrühstückt haben wir dort nicht.

Cons:

Wir hätten gern ein kleines Tischchen und 1 Stuhl oder Sessel gehabt und wäre an beiden Seiten gleich bequem aus dem Bett gekommen. Letzterer Punkt ist unserem Ü70-Alter geschuldet.

Lage mit guter öffentlicher Anbindung!

Cons:

Ich war sicher das Frühstück mitgebucht zu haben. (Monate vorher). Dann vor Ort die Info, dass dem nicht so ist?
Sehr unangenehm! Das macht den ansonsten problemlosen Aufenthalt etwas weniger nett! Wenn es wirklich mein Buchungsfehler war, dann finde ich die Buchungsseite mies.

Nicht noch einmal....
Pros:

Die Lage war wirklich gut und hat uns gut gefallen. Um zum Frühstück zu kommen, musste man das Hotel verlassen. Das Frühstück... dafür zahlt man 23 Euro fürs Hotel. Dabei ist es in einem externen Kaffee, in dem man dasselbe für weniger Geld bekommen würde. Die Qualität des Frühstücks war okay. Was ich nicht okay fand war, dass man sich zwischen 3 Frühstücken entscheiden muss. Das Zimmer war sauber.

Cons:

Uns hat das Hotel überhaupt nicht gefallen. Das Zimmer war so klein, dass man auf der einen Seite des Bettes überhaupt nicht ans Bett kam sondern von hinten einsteige musste. In unserem Zimmer war nichts von dem, was man auf den Bilder sieht.. weder ein Bild in dem Style noch das Farbkonzept noch irgendwas. Es war mini klein.. eigentlich schon zu klein für 2 Personen. Im ganzen Haus gibt es keine Mitarbeiter. Im empfinde das als unangenehm. Überall mussten wir den Pin-code eingeben... der super dumm im Lift angebracht war (man musste sich bücken um den einzugeben, weil er einfach zu tief hängt...). Also um ins Zimmer zu kommen muss man an der aussentür, im Lift und am Zimmer den Code eingeben. Alle waren genervt davon. Ausserdem wurde nicht in Emails etc. darauf hingewiesen, dass Man die Tiefgarage vorab buche muss. Was für ein Mist. Wir standen in der Tiefgarage, konnten aber nicht mehr nachträglich den Tarif buchen. Katastrophe. Ich würde never ever nochmal in dieses Hotel gehen.
