Die Lage ist sehr gut. Sehr freundlicher und zugewandter Mitarbeiter.

Cons:

Es waren sehr heiße Tage. Der Rollo ließ sich nicht öffnen um abends und nachts kühle Luft herein zu lassen. Abgesehen davon, dass Klimaanlagen Energiefresser sind, hat diese auch nicht funktioniert, da die warme Luft aus der Anlage wieder ins Zimmer geblasen wurde. Ein freundlicher Mitarbeiter hat manuell den kaputten Rollo dreißig Zentimeter nach oben schieben können.

Lage ist wie immer Hammer. Bin gerne dort. Alles, was man braucht ist in 2-3 Minuten erreichbar.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war bei Check in noch nicht gereinigt. Leider hat es letztendlich über zwei Stunden gedauert bis wir in ein sauberes Zimmer ziehen konnten. Das Personal schien überfordert

Pros:

Es war alles super und hat sehr gut geklappt. Das Einzige ist die Lüftung. Die nervt, die läuft nachts und stört. Wen das nicht stört, der hat einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Siehe oben. Die Lüftung im Zimmer, die ist laut.

Pros:

Die Lage ist super, massig gute Restaurants direkt beim Hotel.

Cons:

Für mich nur Oktober bis März eine Option, wenn es wärmer wird, werden die Zimmer stickig und man kann nachts nicht ernsthaft lüften weil alles direkt zu sehr lauten Venloer raus geht.
