Das Hotel ist bereits in die Jahre gekommen aber passt......
Das Viertel wo sich das Hotel befindet ist etwas heruntergekommen !

Für mich die beste Unterkunft in Hagen mit top Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis + freundlichem Service
Pros:

Ich komme regelmäßig hier her und es war wie immer top. Ich habe schon mehrere Hotels und Unterkünfte in Hagen ausprobiert. Aber hier fühlt man sich immer absolut willkommen, was schon beim freundlichen Umgang der Mitarbeiter (besonders eines sehr freundlichen) anfängt. Hier wird einem sogar der Koffer in die oberen Etagen getragen oder Extrawünsche möglich gemacht und das immer mit einem Lächeln. Das ist heutzutage scheinbar in anderen Unterkünften nicht mehr selbstverständlich. Aber hier fühlt man sich wohl und ich hoffe, dass die Hotelleitung das weiterhin berücksichtigt, wenn sie ihre Mitarbeiter einstellt und schult.
Das Hotel war mal ein Kino, sodass das Interieur immer noch im Kino-Stil gestaltet ist. Beim Ankommen bekommt man sogar warmes Popcorn. Jedes Zimmer hat ein großes Filmplakat als Thema drin und selbst in den budget-orientiert eingerichteten Zimmern gibt es kleine Gadgets wie Tee, Kaffee, Zahnbürste usw.
Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis unschlagbar. Ich komme gern wieder!

Cons:

Natürlich ist die Lage nicht die Schönste, aber unglaublich praktisch für mich mit ihrer Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof. Wenn man die Fenster geschlossen hält, ist es in Ordnung und ich kann jedes Mal schlafen und wache ausgeruht auf.
Es gibt noch einen Kinosaal - vielleicht kann der wieder zum Leben erweckt werden? ;-)

Miło I przytulnie chociaż było kilka nie udogodnień

Wygodnie, przytulnie, pyszna kawa, łazienka fajna.

Cons:

WiFi nie działało. Obsługa miła, ale pani nie dogadywała sie po angielsku. Czwarte piętro bez windy i brak informacji o tym. Brak parkingu.

Die Freundlichkeit des Personals. Außerdem das Ambiente. Ein altes umgebautes Kino und die Nähe zum Bahnhof

Cons:

Es gibt nichts zu meckern. Und für die Gegend um den Bahnhof(nachts) kann ja das Hotel nichts.

Cons:

Leider war ich mit meinem Hotelzimmer überhaupt nicht zufrieden. Das Bett war feucht und roch stark nach Urin. Daraufhin bekam ich ein neues Zimmer. Leider war auch dort die Zudecke stark verschmutzt und hatte dunkle Flecken, vermutlich durch ausgelaufenen Stift.

Insgesamt war der Zustand für ein Hotelzimmer sehr enttäuschend und unhygienisch.
