Brilliant!! Would recommend, great value for money
Pros:

Staff were very welcoming upon arrival, shared information about the hotel.
Room was nice, clean and had a fridge in the room.
Breakfast was very good 😊

Cons:

Room was very hot, tried to operate the AC but wouldn’t work so had to leave the window open all night

cool, comfortable and characterful
Pros:

we stayed in a family room, which means that there was the double bed and a sofa bed made up for you. the sofa bed is in a seperate section, separated by the bathroom, but no doors in between. (door on the bathroom, obviously) the hotel and rooms are very funky, with great music related decor, amazing fridges with water provided, as well as the separate tea and coffee tray, with biscuits, and there is also a wine cooling bucket and wine glasses provided too. there is a fan, hairdryer, iron and ironing board provided in the room. the bathroom is smart, although the mirror is a bit high. I am five foot six, and didn't have a great view in it.
on that topic, it would be good to have an option for brighter lighting for things like getting ready to go out, but the standard level is great for relaxing in. LOVED the decor, posters, lights and once more, that fridge is glorious. I'd love one at home.
the staff were fantastic, with good tips for exploring the area, and breakfast was absolutely delicious. we loved the eggs benedict, and the hollandaise sauce was especially tasty.
the surrounding area was a great place to explore, with lots to see and photograph, and then an easy stroll to the arena for the gig we were there for. lots of places nearby in terms of food and nightlife. definitely a top choice if we are in the area again.
there is also a car park just over the road that charges very reasonably for long term parking. 2 full days was just under £20. can't argue with that. especially not in such a vibrant area.
there are plenty of chain hotels not so far away, but the Baltic is more than just somewhere to crash. definitely worth choosing this over the familiar.

Great Value, Great Stay
Pros:

Stayed for 1 night. Quirky hotel, and good value for money.
Not our usual type of hotel but we enjoyed our stay. Room was a bit warm but they are installing AC which was good to see. Room could also do with a mirror father than just one in the bathroom.

Boutique Hotel, which we would revisit it again
Pros:

My wife and I stayed here for one night and enjoyed the stay, the rooms are very small but perfectly adequate and you can always upgrade if you want to. The staff downstairs were very helpful and there is also a bar attached to the reception. We didn’t experience any issues with the room other than unfortunately it was very hot for us, but there was a fan which the staff very kindly went up and put it on while we were out.

Pros:

Decor Great, Staff very friendly and helpful and Joins onto a "Pub" 👌

Cons:

Booked the smallest room, and the only complaint me and partner would say is that its a bit to warm even with radiator off and window doesnt open enough, other than that spot on, would 100% stay again but different room

Good clean room and bathroom, great for one night and nice size
Pros:

We had the room with two double beds which meant we had two desks with seats which was great, also the separate shower and bath which were clean.

Cons:

The UK has something against screen doors for showers, only a minor thing but makes the bathroom floor wet (floor towels are provided)

Very poor
Pros:

Not a lot.

Cons:

We paid a fortune for our stay and were expecting a great little boutique hotel. Instead it was very poor. No working AC. The door rattled in the frame all night. The security was poor. The lift rubbish. The shower was far too hot. The breakfast was motorway services standard. The curtain rail was hanging off the wall. I could go on. It’s to be avoided.

Quirky, music lovers hotel !
Pros:

It’s so quirky ! For music lovers this is a brilliant hotel ! Especially punk music ! The decor is fabulous and really welcoming ! And the front desk staff were amazing too.

Cons:

We stayed in a room with a shower, I think glass shower screen needs to be a bit longer because although the shower was powerful and brilliant there was a lot of water escaping onto the tiles floor which we had to mop up each time we used the shower.
