Nice hotel, right in the Baltic Triangle. Everything you need.
Only complaint is that there wasn't a full length mirror.
It’s an amazing style and theme. The staff are really friendly and made us feel so comfortable and welcome from the minute we walked inside. It’s in a great location close to the centre but still far enough out of the way to not hear the loudness through the night.
was quirky in. great location and had everything we needed. very good value for money. The staff were lovely and accommodating.
The room was clean but the paintwork could be updated. the corridors could do with a bit of a clean but I am not complaining as had a lovely stay
Didn't get to stay for breakfast as had to leave very early
Unfortunately the £1 when was put on a hold on my card is still showing as pending.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room quirky but the bed was very comfortable
No cold water tap for the sink in the bathroom which was odd.
Luckily, there was a fan in the room, as the temperature was very hot.
Super friendly with professional but very warm and smiley welcome. Talked us through everything and couldn’t have been more helpful

This the second time ive stayed there within the last month [and it wont be the last] all the staff are very helpful & friendly,rooms are good size, there is a lift, and its own bar which some nights have entertainment in, the breakfast is excellent, and the area the hotel is in is good ,great market about 10 minute walk from hotel and some really nice bars

The air con unit in our room didn’t work. Thankfully we had a fan also.
Staff were super friendly. Decor was cool, especially the fridge. Location is great for where we wanted to be. Loved the shower, it was the perfect pressure and warmth. We were comfortable here :)
The room was fairly cramped and the sink wasn't in the bathroom which was kind of annoying but not the end of the world! Tea tray wasn't replenished after first night which it often is but again not the end of the world! The window didn't shut properly so we did get a bit chilly in the night.
Staff were good. Facilities were good. Location was good.
Charged twice for breakfast. Should have checked invoice upon departure and the manager is now not responding after requesting a refund.
Cleanliness terrible Internet terrible false advertising food poor
It was a cheap hotel so wasn’t the nicest standards but it was okay
the paint was peeling in some places or touch ups were done in some areas which looked quite obvious, the toilet also had no door on it so you could just see right out of the window!
