Fantastic hotel. Would highly recommend and would definitely return
Pros:

Really cosy hotel. Nice art work and has its own decorative style. Shower was great, bathroom really modern, loved the remote blinds. Panelled cushion headboard was a nice touch also. Breakfast also a must.

Cons:

If i had to pull hairs id say say the reading material in the room was dated summer 2025. Very minor

Very cold stay.
Pros:

The property is in an ideal location in Liverpool. Very clean well presented. Friendly staff.

Cons:

We’ve stayed at this hotel before and rated it very highly. We stayed in a different room this time round number 17. The room was very clean and spacious only problem was that there is no radiator situated around or near the bed making it very cold at night was almost like camping out was that cold. There’s a radiator in the bathroom and the opposite end of the room near the window which is no where near big enough to heat the full room.

Size of room in comparison to what I paid I wouldn’t have paid this if I had checked the dimensions.

Location was ideal ten minutes walk from M&S bank arena where I attended the boxing.

Exceeded expectations
Pros:

Absolutely lovely hotel, exceeded my expectations. Great location, close to arena. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was lovely, comfy bed and very clean. Great size tv, fridge in the room was a very welcome addition. Lovely waterfall shower and I was so happy to have an assortment of glasses to drink rom in the room! Breakfast was also very nice.

Tv wifi signal dropped a few times

Quirky hotel, fab for a one night stay
Pros:

Quirky hotel with cute decor, great location, super friendly staff, amazing breakfast (freshly cooked), exceptional value, room well equipped with tea/coffee/biscuits and hairdryer /iron etc Room was warm with the radiator on.

Cons:

The room was small (although big shower room!) and a squeeze to get in and out of bed, with no bedside table for a drink /phone. There were three coat hangers on a grill , no wardrobe. For one night it was fab, but would have needed more space if staying any longer.
