Perfect stay

The smell of weed from someone smoking outside. Would of liked a bath in the room.

Pros:

Loved the fridge, pictures, welcoming staff. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

The sensor light didn't come on soon enough when walking up the stairs in the dark.
Clean rooms but did spot missed bits.
Doors banging, think other guests don't think about others.

Not what I was expecting. Just odd...
Pros:

Breakfast was lovely and the staff were attentive.

Cons:

Never slept in a bed with a mattress quite so soft or so thin. You sat on it and it hurt your back it was so thin, you went through to the base. Very dark room and it really smelled odd. Laundry detergent on the bedding was over-powering.

Rooms not cleaned
Pros:

The location is good for visiting Liverpool and the surrounding areas.

The staff are friendly and helpful.

But be aware that your room is not automatically cleaned if you stay more than one night. This means towels are not changed, the bed not made and more importantly the bins not emptied even in warm weather. When I voiced concerns I was told it could be cleaned but this wasn’t usual. We are paying over £100 a night and booked four nights. Their cleaning policy is not advertised anywhere. We won’t book again.

Great location a little expensive
Pros:

We were going to love lane brewery and therefore the location was great! The decor in the rooms was fun.

Cons:

Didn’t feel like the room was very spacious, shower was very small, and with a shower curtain which wasn’t great! Was expecting a little more for the price of the room!
