It was just okay, not great.
Pros:

We were in town for a tournament and just needed a place to stay for the night. The beds were comfortable and there was a Walmart, Walgreens, and food in the area. It currently has a lot of construction going on so currently it’s a bit of a mess but not the properties issue.

Cons:

The facility itself was decent. Our main issue is that there was mold in the shower and around the sink, when we entered our room it smelled horrible like old sitting water. We’re from Houston so essentially stinky parts of Galveston. We were in town for a night I didn’t bother letting them know until it was time to leave. I normally take pictures but had a lot going on this weekend and just forgot before we checked out.

The breakfast had waffles and was your normal provided breakfast nothing to talk about, we had time so chose to go elsewhere. I didn’t care for the push press coffee dispenser it was hard to use and seemed like it didn’t have much in it.

Comfortable for the event.
Pros:

Rooms were a good size and there was enough room in the bathroom for me and my daughter to get ready. The mini fridge was strong enough to refreeze our ice pack for our drive back home, which was nice to have.

Cons:

Our schedule this trip was all over the place so we missed breakfast one day because the hours were different on the weekend versus the week. I wish breakfast was a little longer so we could have enjoyed it.
