Cuando llegamos no funcionaba el cable ni wifi😒
Luego tarde me di cuenta que no llevaba pasta dental ya las tiendas ya estaban cerradas y al preguntarles si ellos tenían me querían vendes una pasta de $1 dlr por 5dls.😠
Luego como dure 4 días no hubo servicio de limpieza ni un día luego le pedi toallas a una house keeping y me dijo que tenía que irlas a pedir al front desk. 😣 Talvez me las pensaban vender!☹️
Me tocó ver el tapete de la cama estaba sucio del lado de donde dormía parecía como si alguien había vomitado 🤢

I didn’t even stay the night.
Pros:

I did like they were able to do check in earlier than 3pm

Cons:

Hotel is located in the middle of a construction zone. Computers to check in and WiFi was down when I arrived. My rooms main air conditioner was having issues ,but was somewhat resolve. My shower was not clean(like not cleaned at all)and random hairs in the bed and shower. I did ask cleaning lady I seen to resolve ,but I guess because the language barrier it was not completed. I ended up leaving at 11pm and checking into another hotel and even when checking out I was advised that they couldn’t check me out until the next day (when I was suppose to check out) I was never asked to move to another room or a refund(basically no resolution) I was just told because I didn’t tell someone else (other than the cleaning staff) that that’s why it was never taken care off. Honestly my worst hotel experience! Property stated manager said they were going to call but nothing. Still haven’t received a final check out email or anything even after calling again after the visit.

Pros:

Cleanest smelling hotel we’ve ever been in. Stayed here a few times, the lobby smells incredible. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Our first room had a sewer gas leak. Wouldn’t move us because “we are full”. Manager the next day said they knew about the problem ?? And they should have moved us last night. Not good. Also, the beds are rock hard
