Very Confused
Pros:

It was close to places I needed to be around Housekeeper was very professional and sweet
The manager was a little rude didn't explain things clear. Try to rebook from your site was told I can't do it because it's 100.00 cheaper I would have to check out and check back in. If I wanted to stay. Didn't make any sense to me why I could it but he rules.the price advertised on property was a lie. But I need a place right now..I feel obligated to pay whatever he asked from me.

Cons:

The manager wasn't clear about the pricing of the property. Was told I couldn't rebook from your site(booking.com).It would make make pay 100.00 less thru you all.He said he will not except my booking..that's crazy.

Manager was good definitely needs more staff outside of property needs to be cleaned room had to clean and fit several things I purchased them I fixed them myself and cleaned it myself washing the walls were other guests had stayed but I understand you can only do so much as one person and lack of staffing having a big problem with charging me a lot more than their room is worth

Cons:

Other guest sometimes are out of control the prices that went up after my booking is ridiculous

The size of the room was fabulous.

Cons:

The stove was dirty. The towel rack in the bathroom keep breaking. It was a hole in the ceiling The floor needed to be swept and mopped. It was dirty under the bed and behind the night stands. Shower curtain was dirty.

The staff and the beds are uncomfortable. The staff changed our weekly rate from 291 to 491 and then proceeded to lie and say the 291 was a move in special bullshit

Cons:

We booked online for 291 there wasnt nothing about a move in special until we went to pay for the next week and all of sudden the manager said price is 491 and we got it at 491 cause of move in special online, not to mention their weekly rate is advertised for 319.00 so what happened. The staff is absolutely horrible at this location we will not being staying here ever again, matter of fact.im filing fraud charges to get my money back
