Great staff members, they where able to tell me places to go sight seen of the pink lake closed by.
Pros:

Great service and fully stock at all times, the employees where very good at paying attention to the customers needs and the items to keep them stock.

Cons:

Maybe it was a bad day for me but the parking space there was a bunch of PG&E or ATT trucks there taking over must of the parking space closed by the entrance.

I absolutely recommend this hotel. Location is very convenient. Hotel staff is very friendly. Especially Alex who helped me to check in. He is very nice and introduced everything in detail. The room is very clean and comfortable.

Pros:

As you enter the main lobby, I was greeted by Alex, and he explained all the amenities and was super helpful. My room was clean and new. Fridge, microwave, kitchen sink, large TV, usb outlets, coffee machine, iron, so many amenities.

Good Services!
Pros:

I’d like to especially thank Julie and Alex for their outstanding help. My booking was quite complicated, but Julie patiently answered all my questions, found solutions quickly, and always greeted me with a warm smile.

Much appreciated Alex for being helpful with my luggage and for assisting me when I needed to store my belongings between stays.

This made my stay smooth and pleasant.

My business stay.
Pros:

I have been staying at this hotel since July for work purposes. This has been my home away from home. The staff is great. Alex Tongi at the front desk is awesome. Always helpful and extremely friendly. Their breakfast buffet is very nice. I would come back again.
