Pros:

The view from my room was really wonderful. I loved the floor to ceiling windows. The room had a nice sink and microwave. It was very clean and modern which I liked. The bed was also very comfortable. Staff was friendly.

Cons:

It was all good. Great price for the value.

As someone who frequents hotels across the globe, I was not pleased but satisfied
Pros:

I enjoyed the location to and from the location of the venue where I had seen a show. Breakfast was decent but other than that, something was missing in the rooms

Cons:

Our room doors made a loud noice opening & shutting. We were provided with one towel and one washcloth each, one of which had a whole in it.

A quiet bar -the bar at the W was much too noisy but did go to the Italian restaurant two doors down

Great location in downtown Philadelphia with helpful staff and good facilities
Pros:

The hotel is clean, in a great location for exploring Center City and has a great gym. The free breakfast has a great selection and I loved the free expresso in the lobby and the small kitchenette in the room. The staff were especially helpful and very friendly, going out of their way to help me. I also loved the gym--it had a decent amount of equipmebnt and was never super busy.

Pros:

Local. Great for walking around the city and exploring. Food options are close

Cons:

Bed size in the room. Expected a king size bed. But bed I recieved was small and not a standard king size bed.

It was fine but nothing special
Pros:

Great location, friendly and helpful reception staff, free tea and coffee available 24/7, public space for guests, and a free gym on site (although I didn’t use it).

Cons:

The room was not soundproofed. Unfortunately, guests in the neighbouring room held a birthday celebration around midnight, with loud singing and noise that carried clearly into the room.

Breakfast was chaotic. There were too many guests for the available space, not enough tables, and a long queue with a waiting time of around 30 minutes. Staffing appeared insufficient, and food ran out before the end of the breakfast service. When I spoke to kitchen staff, I was told no more food would be provided due to the large number of guests and was advised to arrive earlier next time.
