The location is everything. The city views are amazing.

Cons:

The room was dusty and dirty. The room didn’t look as if it were cleaned at all. The linens were dirty. The kitchen area kept making weird noises.

Hotel, Zimmer, Lage TOP. Frühstück MENSA
Pros:

Die Lage war TOP. Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig und Bahn auch fußläufig. Das Hotel war sehr schön und das Zimmer inklusive Küche sauber, wie neu. Das Personal freundlich. Obst gab es an der Rezeption für den Hunger zwischendurch.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ähnlich einer Mensa an einer mittelmäßigen Uni. Zu Stoßzeiten lange Warteschlangen am relativ kleinen Buffet, bei sehr großem Hotel.
Brot etc. muss getoastet werden, bei 2 Toastern mit jew. 4....bei gefühlt 100 Gästen, verzichtet man sogar vielleicht auf das Essen. Sitzplätze für das Frühstück in Stoßzeiten, wenn Plätze vorhanden, dann mit mindestens 4 fremden Personen an einem Tisch. Hier Vorteil, man lernt neue Leute kennen.

Pros:

I don't know where to start, checked in, went to my room, opened the fridge and found food from the last guest that was there - bread and half drunk water bottle. The trash under the sink had food that looked like it was there for a week, and smelled. I wish I took a photo of this because - unbelievable. It was possibly the most disgusting hotel experience I'd ever faced. I tried to call reception, the phones dont work. I called from my personal phone to get them to fix the phone they said they would send someone up - I was ghosted. I emailed, they said they would send an engineer - an engineer came to my room, didn't fix the phone and left a dirty cup of water on the table. it was MIND BOGGLING. I asked for a late checkout - was ok to possibly pay half of the night stay - was asked to pay more than my orginal night fee. I don't usually write reviews but this is a WARNING to anyone thinking of booking - I felt I must - DON'T.

Great location and good size room for families
Pros:

It was the second time we stayed at this hotel. We love the location, the common and breakfast room and the rooms are good size

Cons:

The breakfast options were very limited and I am not generally happy with the paper plates and wooden cutlery.
