Pros:

Fantastic experience!
Pros:

While I could comment on how clean and comfortable the hotel was or on how the location is incredibly convenient, it is the staff that I would like to commend- from the young man who welcomed us in and walked us up to the reception to the gorgeous young lady who check us in. The hospitality team surprised our boys with a thoughtful welcome bag (personalized coloring pages, crayons, souvenir Eagles room keys and multiple city maps- this was a flawless customer experience- you made it an absolute joyful stay for my young children- thank you for the hospitality and the personal touch and effort that went into making our stay so special and enjoyable! Everyone was so courteous and friendly. Thank you

Excelente servicio
Pros:

Buena ubicacion aunque por ser un barrio con tiendas y restaurantes caros habia personas indigentes
Muy buen desayuno variado y los cuartos muy comodos y limpios

Cons:

Por algun motivo entraba ruido del exterior por las ventas pero asumo todo es asi por las ventilaciones de los otros edificios

Underwhelming .. very friendly staff
Pros:

The location was convenient and the staff was super friendly. Valet was very attentive and moved quickly.

Cons:

Room looked nothing like it was advertised on their website, zero view, bed was in front of the window obstructing most of any possible natural light. In the bathroom, qtips and a washcloth were still present from the guests before. The hotel room also had no dresser so we had to stack our clothes on the few closet shelves which were discovered to be covered with dust when we pulled our clothes out to wear them the next day. Food selection in the store was minimal and underwhelming, we used Uber Eats which was fine. The stay was just that as well, fine. If it weren’t for staff being so friendly my rating would be lower.

A few problems at the start then it was fine
Pros:

The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. Nice location. Reception gave really good suggestions for dinner.

Cons:

When I arrived there was a half eaten pizza in a pizza box in the fridge and also a bottle of Dr Pepper. I immediately went to reception to tell them and showed them pictures. They sent someone to collect the items. I also had alot of trouble connecting to the Internet, so I had to go back to reception to resolve it. The breakfast wasn't to my liking.

Central location in close vicinity to tourist sites
Pros:

Great location, very nicely appointed rooms with kitchenettes. Quiet floors with great views of the city.

Cons:

Parking is very expensive-almost 72 dollars every night for valet parking which is the only kind available in the area.

A lil dissapointed
Pros:

Room was ok. I went out but in my return there’s nobody to park my car I went upstairs to ask in the counter and the lady was a little not professional with what she answered to me

Cons:

Parking they never told me that they gonna charge 73.50 just for one night I thought the parking was including in my stay $349 for just one night plus $73.50 for valet parking plus I give them tips to expensive .

Would probably stay again would like a nicer room
