Excellent stay, search no more!
Pros:

Excellent location, close to the City Hall on a nice lateral street leading straight to the Independence Hall area. Well appointed studio with everything in it, very comfortable beds, large bathroom, well equiped kitchen. The view from the room was nothing less than amazing, as our room had open view to a number of representative buildings just across the street. Good coffee and tea in the room and a large refrigerator. Extremely big, clean and comfortable. Close to restaurants and shopping area, not to mention the Independence Mall.

Cons:

Breakfast is regular, sub-standard for Europeans. Coffee and tea available throughout the day in the lounge area.

Preiswerte Wahl im Herzen der Stadt, sauber und mit dem Essentiellsten ausgestattet.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels in Kombination mit dem angebotenen Valet-Parking ist unschlagbar.
Wir hatten ursprünglich ein anderes Hotel in ähnlicher Lage ins Auge gefasst, aber die Preise waren aufgrund der All Star Games in Philadelphia überall horrend. Also haben wir uns bei einem Aufenthalt von einer Nacht für etwas ohne viel Schnickschnack entschieden und waren total zufrieden mit dem Marriott Downtown. Mit etwas Glück hat man dann noch ein Zimmer auf der 27. Etage und somit einen wunderbaren Ausblick über die Skyline.
Unser Fenster war, als wir das Zimmer bezogen hatten, nicht verschließbar und somit war es laut und warm im Raum. Das wirklich hilfsbereite Personal hat sofort eine Reparatur veranlasst während wir draußen unterwegs waren. Das war wirklich cool organisiert!
Die großzügig angelegten Zimmer sind mit einer Leitung für gefiltertes Wasser ausgestattet. Bei längeren Reisen ist die Trinkwasseroption vor Ort eine große Erleichterung!

Cons:

Das typische American Breakfast. Aber das ist in den USA einfach der Standard: Pappbecher, Pappteller, Filterkaffee, wenig Obst dafür allerlei Saucen zur Instant-Eierspeise...
