We were in town for a comedy show at the Fox, Hotel Indigo was only a block away so super convenient. The room was super clean and the staff were friendly and kind.
There was no refrigerator in the room so we had no place to put drinks or leftovers. As someone who takes medicines twice daily and prefers cold drinks, that was a bummer.
The front desk / door man / valet were all absolutely kind wonderful people. We didn’t speak with house keepers on this stay but the rooms were clean and comfortable.
We were disappointed in the breakfast. Half the buffet for breakfast had burnt bacon on one side of the hot plate and almost raw bacon on the other side. The eggs had a gray color and the breakfast potatoes were not edible. Too hard overcooked and dry over salted. I don’t want to downplay how gross the food was. We were one of 2 tables. It wasn’t busy at all but my friend ordered from the menu and the waitress didn’t bring it to her for 35 mins. We had to ask if it was coming and the waitress seemed annoyed and that we were not telling her the truth. She had to check the receipt and remind herself she did order the food. Went and grabbed it. Which meant it had been sitting under a warmer in the kitchen for a very long time. It was over cooked and burnt tasting and she just asked for a to go box. But didn’t eat the meal. We also had the complimentary breakfast when we booked our room. Which I told the waitress and gave her my coupon for it from the front desk. She gave us our bill. Which I had to remind her that I already gave her the free breakfast ticket. She had to go and double check me again making it feel like she didn’t believe us. It was truly an odd experience with just the breakfast. And we wouldn’t go back to that portion again at this hotel. She never apologized for any inconvenience and it was uncomfortable to say the least.
Downtown walking availability, comfy beds, clean, large room, decor
Funky smell in hallway, but rooms smelled good, water in restaurant horrible bitter taste, bar service slow, train and compressor noise in room but ear plugs provided
Very nicely designed. Much better than the run-of-the-mill chains that always look the same. Room was spacious and beds were super comfortable.
$30/night parking charge, slightly sketchy location at the edge of downtown, Needed to ask for bodywash, lotion and toilet paper to be refilled.
Another fantastic stay at Hotel Indigo Spokane. I appreciate the consistent excellent service and hospitality.

Location is near downtown, resturants and cafes. Walking distance to a lot of venues
I know there is area is going through a redevelopment which is a positive but still has homeless situation and crime in the area. Early evening we did walk to downtown but later in the night we took an uber back to the Hotel
Rezeption war super freundlich und hilfsbereit!
Fitnessstudio war sauber.
Richtig geile Zimmer.
Putzfrau muss man bezahlen, hatte leider kein Bargeld da wurde kein Klopapier aufgefüllt und der Boden wurde auch nicht richtig gewischt.
The room was charged extra as "Ciry View", when it was in fact next to the railroad tracks. There were trains going my every few minutes, all night long. I got ZERO sleep. Worse experience ever.
The noise. Lack of sleep.
We enjoyed the room and how clean and nice they were. We had a two room suite and it was plenty of room for our large family.
The Wi-Fi was difficult to get on, and we were given no instructions on how to do it. I finally gave up on it, but it wasn’t that big of a deal. And we had to pay $30 for valet parking- which was fine to have valet parking but for one night I found it a bit expensive BUT I would pay again for it to know my vehicle was safe downtown Spokane.
