Good facilities
Pros:

We made good use of the washing machine and dryer. Self check-in went smoothly. Convenient location close to good restaurants. Full kitchen was very handy and well equipped.

Cons:

Couldn't get into the app which was supposed to give instructions on the appliances. Room was overheated with no way to turn it down. Stairs up the lobby were inconvenient and the narrow street door was awkward. Nowhere except the floor to put our big suitcases. Metal chairs, tables and bedside tables were noisy, as was the bathroom fan which could not be turned off completely.

Overall, I did enjoy my stay!. With some improvements, the experience could be better!
Pros:

overall, it was a positive experience. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located near the city center, with all major attractions within walking distance. Additionally, it’s very close to a metro station, making it easy to access other sightseeing spots around the city.

Cons:

there are a couple of areas that could use improvement. Firstly, the front gate’s dialing system was unreliable, often requiring multiple attempts—sometimes four or five—before it would open, adding unnecessary stress. Secondly, the reception was not always staffed, which meant that if we needed assistance or got stuck at the front door, there was no one to respond.

It was a wonderful experience for our 35th Anniversary! Would definitely stay there again!
Pros:

Great location. Felt very secure in building. Very nice apartment. Came with many kitchen utensils, pots and pans, etc. Security staff was friendly and helpful when on duty (daytime).

Cons:

The coffee pot only had one coffee pouch so we could only make coffee one day. Had to buy coffees elseware for other days, but coffee shop was only a few doors down. Wish parking garage was a little closer but not terrible because we walked to most places.

The location is good. It has a small kitchen and washer and dryer unit.

Cons:

It is sublevel. Didn’t feel the air was well circulated, particularly the AC didn’t work. It was also disappointing the dryer doesn’t work.

Pros:

I really liked the room. It was a studio apartment and perfect for what I wanted. I cooked my own meals and got a lot of work done.

Cons:

very often my electronic key would open the front door just fine, but my room key would not work and I would have to call someone to have it reset.

The location was amazing.. 10 mins walk to old Montreal and Notre Dame, the property was clean, mattresses were comfortable.. we enjoyed our stay a lot!
