The hotel and restaurant staff are top notch! The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious. The room was spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable.
Very poor service from the staff. The phone provided for room service was not working, and it took an extremely long time to get any assistance.
Had a lovely stay here for 5 days definitely will go back again

Had to fight for a room with working air conditioning during a heat wave.
En mi habitación por la noche hacía un zumbido como un taladro o objetos rozandose. Dormí fatal, hasta grabé un video y enseñe a recepción el dia siguiente por la mañana. Habitación 613, de las pocas que me acuerdo de memória pero ahi esta. Lo demás todo bien. Lo digo para que no pase a nadie más ya que es muy desagradable.

Beautiful hotel however when u check in late and have no towels, room not set up properly and hot water doesnt work efficiently it doesnt make for a great stay. However housekeeping and reception did apologise and try to rectify the issues.
