Relaxing, refreshing and beautiful 😍
Pros:

We loved the view, the neatness and cleanliness of the room. It was spacious and clean.
We loved the breakfast, especially the chef catering to our spicy tastes. The hospitality team in the restaurant were friendly and just made our morning beautiful 😍 I loved the method of communicating via wattapp to find our if our stay was pleasant. Thembakazi was warm and friendly.

Cons:

When we arrived at reception, we were helped by Thembakazi who was warm and friendly. Next to her was another person on the phone and a 2 or 3 people around him, they were laughing loudly and continued to do so whilst were there. It made me feel uncomfortable at the moment because I was wondering whether they were laughing at us. But speaking in their own language, I was not able to understand. I did not think much of it afterwards. It is not a complaint but more of an observation.

Location,cleanliness was on point.I will definitely come back with my family soon.
Pros:

Accommodation space was good for me and family.We had connecting rooms with the kids that was fun. we had iron and ironing board which is a hassle in most hotels.
