I had booked a half board package which as per my understanding includes breakfast and dinner. However I was informed that I needed to pay a meal dispite explaining that my booking already covered this. This has caused confusion and concern as it contradict the terms of the package.
In addition, they were no air freshers in the toilet which affected comfart and hygien. Windows are fixed and can not be opened.

I loved the place so much, the staff and the ladies at the reception gave me an excellent check in process and service, I'm definitely booking here again soon

The weather in Durban changes alot and its sad I didn't bring winter clothes but the place kept me warm
