雙床房間算大，但隔音有待加強

Cons:

參加飯店的半日遊行程根本就是強迫消費，本來說西湖2-3小時地點自己選
結果只去雷峰塔，司機就硬要帶我們去茶山喝茶買啥，2杯茶30(低消了)
還想推薦買茶 買珍珠 買絲綢~~~

真的不要參加!!!!!!

Pros:

Really nice room and stylish - really glad we choice this hotel after climbing Huangshan. Staff are not as helpful we were would like but luckily I speak Chinese. Room service options not great but I suppose not many people use this option and it’s probably not encouraged since menu was only available on the TV and you need WeChat to order. We would stay again agai

Close to the west lake. Value for money
Pros:

Great location, but always heavy traffic.

Cons:

At night the bar area was almost completely dark. No extra amenities in the room.
