Very pleasant hotel to stay in Hangzhou - My recommendation
Pros:

Beautiful renovated building, colorful, pleasant and contemporary rooms, comfortable. Very qualitative breakfast. Well located in down town Hangzhou. Smiling and helpful staff.

Cons:

Better to avoid dining at the hotel: not good value for money. The menu and the quality of the food must be improved. The bed/mattress is a bit hard

Recommended nice and comfortable hotel in Hangzhou
Pros:

Well located in Hangzhou down-town. Beautiful renovated building, very colourful with comfortable and modern rooms. The breakfast is delicious. Friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

Dinner at the hotel remains very expensive given the poor quality of the menu and food. Very disappointing! The bed is not cosy, very hard mattress.

Nice hotel near West Lake
Pros:

Great hotel. Good location a short walk from West Lake. Superb room with every possible amenity. Very impressed. Excellent buffet breakfast with Western options. Very pleasant staff. Highly recommended.

Cons:

Slightly disappointed with the evening dinner menu. Food was fine but portions were a bit small and dishes were not served together. No dessert menu - only fruit.

Da equipe da recepção, especialmente o trio que atendia no período da tarde/noite (infelizmente esqueci os nomes), que nos deu grande ajuda na compra de passagens aéreas.
Tudo no hotel é pensado para tornar a estadia mais agradável: do atendimento atencioso dos profissionais ao som suave da cantora que se apresenta durante o jantar.
