La situation géographique
La chambre était sale et le personnel peu aimable . La literie était très dure et on a retrouvé des cheveux et du dentifrice dans la salle de bain . Le tapis était marron au lieu d’être beige .
The manager was friendly on our phone call. She let me cancel without penalty when the only room available was unsatisfactory. The front desk girl was pleasant. The hotel location is decent.
The room offered was behind the check-in desk in the lobby. The street noise and lobby activity would make sleeping impossible. I was told no other room was available.
Now this is how you run a hotel! Excellent value for the price! The beds were absolutely comfortable and the rooms were cozy and clean! Staff was friendly and happy. Best hotel in Vietnam! And I been to Da Nang and Hanoi. This is far the best hotel in SE Asia I been to! Bathroom was so lovely too!

Clean, comfortable bed, room has noise proof window, fast coming hot water in bathroom. Parking space for motorbike. Staff are always smiling and helpful.
Nothing worth mentioning.
You canNot cancel partly the booking. For example if you book three đays you can not change and stay only for two days. Although you tell the staff at the beginning of the staying that you can only stay there only 2 đays and Want to cancel the last day, you have to pay three days.
Great value for money! Staff were kind and helpful. Room was nice + clean enough for the price. Great location / close to everything. Comfy bed and nice hot shower.

It's quiet at night.
The room stinks of dampness and even the all-day airing doesn't help. Visible signs of wear and tear or poor maintenance and cleaning. The bed is very hard, the walls are very thin, the room is small, the bathroom was poorly cleaned. They don't provide, they even don't have soap (bring your own). Far away (30+min walk) from market, restaurants...
Although it says so, they do not accept credit cards, payment is only possible in cash.
There is only one person who speaks english.
