Overall a pretty good value, room for improvement, would probably stay again
Pros:

We enjoyed tge breakfast, the waffles and biscuits and gravy were a plus, great water pressure and temperature for shower

Cons:

The mattress was pretty bad, way too spongy, coffee was weak, steps to 2nd floor were challenging

Cons:

The mattresses need replacing. There were huge dips where the persistent weight of human bodies have created deterioration of the inner cushioning. We felt like we were rolling into a hole.

THe room is nicely updated. Clean. Modern decoration.

Cons:

The microwave is very old. Please update. This was in room 116. Maybe the other room was fine. Also, please put extra soaps as the one soap for hand and shower is too little.
