The mattresses need replacing. There were huge dips where the persistent weight of human bodies have created deterioration of the inner cushioning. We felt like we were rolling into a hole.
THe room is nicely updated. Clean. Modern decoration.
The microwave is very old. Please update. This was in room 116. Maybe the other room was fine. Also, please put extra soaps as the one soap for hand and shower is too little.
Rates is reasonable and convenient to food gas and entertainment

Staff was helpful, rooms are great (rennovated), great breakfast options with waffles, eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy and the typical cereal/oatmeal options and fruit. Great location near downtown Greenville. Great place to stay!

It was horrible. The door and most every other finish was full of scratches the chit was filthy. There were 3 pieces of furniture sitting outside the room the entire time I was there. The shade prevented people from seeing in but let all the light from the lot and the gas station next door in all night long. The room was never nor could it be made dark.
And the worst was that the bottom sheets on the bed were stained when I pulled the covers down at 10pm.
This hotel is exceptional. I have stayed here multiple times, and every time has been terrific.
There wasn't anything I didn't like.
I love this little hotel, and I have stayed here a few times. It was refurbished recently, and the place is clean and cute. The couple who run it are just precious, and I have enjoyed staying here every time.
The ice machine was broken the last time I stayed, but that wasn't a big deal, considering that it was in the dead of winter and I didn't actually need any ice.

lady when I checked in.....very aloof. then called to tell her about no signal on tv. she said have to wait until the next day. I was there one night. read in reviews this happened before. gentlemen the next day was very nice. I'd have given an 8 except for the tv not working and the lady employee's aloofness. definitely a good value though.
