Inexpensive, but not recommended.
Pros:

The staff was nice.

Cons:

The word "boutique" evokes a special experience, and quite frankly should not be applied to this location. It is nothing more than a vaguely renovated old motel. The location on a busy road made it dangerous to enter and exit. While there was a "breakfast" very little was appealing. I settled for an adequate cup of coffee and a tiny stale bagel. The coffee machine in the room did not work. Overall, not a place I would recommend.

Enjoyable!
Pros:

I enjoyed this hotel where I met fellow travellers from around the world. The bed is low to the ground and a bit soft. The bathroom is adequate with a shower and a coffee maker and the breakfast was good. The rooms in back near trees have less traffic noise. I found it to be very convenient and a reasonable price for enjoying Greenville. It might be hard for people who can't do low beds or people very sensitive to the noise of passing traffic. But bonus points for pleasant stay, lovely green trees behind the parking lot, nearby convenience stores and meeting people from around the world.

Cons:

It was good, but the rooms/bathroom not totally clean. Bed low to the floor.

Great place, good people, very reasonable/ would stay again
Pros:

Great deal, wonderful staff and very accommodating. Very reasonable dog fee - thank you - as we bring dog covers for everything and are very conscientious of others

Comfy stay in Greenville
Pros:

The room was comfortable and the bathroom really clean. It was quiet and I didn't hear a lot of traffic outside. It was close to the Downtown area that I enjoyed. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

That the refrigerator and microwave weren't on. It took me until the next day to figure that the power surge bar was cut off.

We enjoyed our stay. Room was clean and comfortable, and a great location for us.
Pros:

We really liked the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was great. It was a bit noisy however, from loud music from another room and some road noise. Still, we liked the hotel and would stay there again.

Cons:

Could have been a bit quieter.
