Pros:

The staff was amazing. The girl on reception couldn't be more helpful. The guys at the restaurant were amazing. We had a very good stay.
The hotel is up the hill, away from the noise, very peaceful in the evenings. Loved the view. We had a large terrace which was great.

Cons:

Gym would be nice but we didnt miss it much at all.

Pobyt udany z minusem
Pros:

Pobyt udany, teren obiektu bardzo zadbany, cieszy oko. Dookoła dużo miejsc parkingowych personel zawsze pomocny. Przy basenie restauracja i bistro świeżo i smacznie chis krewetek nie polecam.

Cons:

Niestety ale podczas 10 dyniowego pobytu śniadania choc świeże i dość smaczne to jednak bez jakichkolwiek zmian. 10 dni angielskie śniadanie, nie jesteśmy wybredni no ale po 5 dniach masz już dość.

Poor value for money
Pros:

Location is good, near to most things although be aware it is quite a way uphill back to the property from the beach area - I did know this when I booked so no issues there.
Resort itself is nice with 3 pools, a restaurant, beach bar/cafe with good, reasonably priced food, and a nice terrace cocktail bar.
Apartment had 2 balconies with good views and the apartment itself is big.

Cons:

Of the 3 pools, 1 was closed (adults only). The other 2 were supposed to be heated but were still extremely cold.
Booking confirmation emails mentioned live music 6 nights a week - this is just a man in the corner of the restaurant playing orchestral music very quietly - not really the entertainment pitched.
The cleaners come into the apartment once in the whole week and do nothing other than replace the towels - no clean bedding, no replenishing the teas/coffees etc which were sparingly provided in the first place. 2 whole days before check out you are left a letter asking you to make sure the apartment is clean on leaving which seems slightly ironic.
However, the worst bit is the quality of the apartment itself. It looks nothing like the modern pictures on booking.com. The apartment is dated and a bit dirty, with cracked tiles, old grout, ants in the kitchen. Fixtures, fittings and decor are extremely disappointing especially at the cost of £1200 for a week. Even the balconies were recessed meaning they basically got no sun. The whole thing would have been reasonable at half the price and I have paid close to that for the same quality apartment in a similar location before, but this property is not good value for money at all.

Heerlijk verblijf gehad!
Pros:

Het hotel is perfect. Ruime kamers, schoon, we hadden een wasmachine wat top was. Vaatwasser en oven aanwezig ook erg fijn. Heerlijk gezeten op het balkon savonds. Goed geslapen en de badkamer was ook erg ruim en schoon. Personeel was vriendelijk, zwembad was ook top. Kregen handdoeken van het hotel voor bij het zwembad. Hebben heerlijk gezeten bij het cocktail barretje. Prachtig uitzicht en zonsondergang kunnen zien vanaf daar. Al met al een ontzettend fijn verblijf.

Cons:

Het ontbijt was het niet echt waard. De gebakken eieren lagen in een laagje vocht? Of olie? In zon rvs bak en smaakte helemaal nergens naar. Typisch engels ontbijt kon je voor kiezen. We hebben hier 2x ontbeten maar vonden het echt niet lekker. Er zouden seasonly heated zwembaden zijn. Alleen het kinderbadje was verwarmd. De adult only pool was dicht. Helaas viel het weer een beetje tegen, dus hebben 1 dag bij het zwembad gezeten. Zelfs in maart claimen mensen bedjes met handdoeken terwijl het vrij rustig was. Het hotel bevind zich op een berg dus als je naar het strand of een restaurant wilt zal je echt helling af en helling weer op moeten. Dit kan best een uitdaging zijn dus is wel echt iets om rekening mee te houden. Op de foto stond trouwens een ruim en groot balkon, wij hadden een veel kleiner balkon, maar misschien hebben wij niet goed gekeken van te voren.

Disappointing!
Pros:

This is a fantastic location and we’ve enjoyed staying here before, but this visit was disappointing. The rooms didn’t meet our expectations this time. The staff, however, were very attentive and did everything they could to help, though with the hotel being fully booked, there was only so much they were able to do.

Cons:

The first room had a noticeable mouldy smell, so we requested to move and were relocated on the second day. Unfortunately, the second room had an extremely strong silicone smell. It was so pungent that we couldn’t use one of the bathrooms, and I repeatedly woke up with headaches as a result.
