Disappointing
Pros:

The owner let a misleading advertisment.. a good play of misleading ads.. booking.com please stop this kind of cheating..

Cons:

I feel so cheated when the ads from the property owner was MISLEADING.. paid for hotel with non-refundable offer, the owner since then contacted me and said the hotel is under renovation.. so he offered me a roomstay of a house that very smelly n the bed sheet was a bit dirty with stain.. of course he didnt give me master bed room, i got the third room without toilet n toilet has to he shared with other guest and uneasy for my wife n daughter to use it..

I don't get to stay at Hotel Sri Bahau due to the property just inform me about the relocation of their hotel once I arrived at the location as stated in Booking.Com. I was so dissapointed, there is so much thing I want to mentioned but I only have to point out that the property should inform us earlier by email or contact their customer instead of giving us the poor hygiene homestay without our consent.
