El cobro del estacionamiento, es raro que un hotel de este tamaño se cobre el estacionamiento, no es mucho son $50 MX, y el tema no es la cantidad, simplemente es raro.

Muy buena elección!
Pros:

Tiene una ubicación excelente, en una zona muy conveniente. Las habitaciones están súper limpias, son cómodas y no se escuchan ruidos del exterior. La cocineta está muy bien equipada y el desayuno es delicioso, además de que el ambiente y el mobiliario del lugar son lindísimos. Las personas del hotel con gran recibimiento y cordiales. También es fácil trasladarse a diferentes puntos de la ciudad en autobús, ya que hay una parada muy cercana.

Very pleasant surprise, amazing price:value ratio.
Pros:

I was actually surprised by the hotel. I just needed a place to sleep well for one night prior to the GDL half marathon. I didn't book with time, and it was the only place available. Room size was great, very clean, it even had a kitchen and the price ratio to what you get is phenomenal.

Cons:

The shower was very clean, but out of experience, the internal pipes could probably use some maintenance. water quality because of the building; but this is also true for 97% of any other hotels.
