客室はとてもきれいで最低限の設備はあり居心地が良かったです。
無人という事で少し不安もありましたが　なんの問題もありませんでした。

Good location, enough space for 2 people. Bathroom quite small and the is no smoking area near.

Would come back again

I wanted to check in before,paying extra and was not aloud,there was no customer service and when you call they didn't speak english.the hotel has a lot of stairs and very uncomfortable bed and pillows,the toilet was too small

Everything was just a bus away

Wasnt a big walk to the station and was right next to neo tokyo kart tours and didnt hear anything outside

Cuando llegue no me gusto mucho a diferencia de otros hotelws que estuve este pequeño y familia. Pero mucho mas amplio que los APA el unico inconveniente que le vi es que queda alejado de los transportes y tuve q caninar mas.

Friendly staff. Great location

We stayed here two nights in Room 302. The beds were very comfortable and that was the best part. The room was not fully clean and the bidet was not fully functional. That said, if you expect a hostel type hotel, it was actually not bad. There is no elevator. But for Shinjuku/Tokyo the price was good and it was quiet. The shower was great and there is a fridge and a kettle. I would recommend this place for shorter stays or a quiet place to crash near Shinjuku Chuo Park.

Bien placé (10/15mn de Shinjuku station à pied) dans un quartier calme.
Par contre très mal isolé au niveau du bruit, on entend les discussions des chambres voisines.
Bien placé mais pas incroyable ok pour 2/3 nuits max

No hand-wash, No Bodywash, a little shampoo and treatment, and no other amenities.
Dirty towels(with one wet towel), bathtub drain is clugged, dust on bed. I tried to blow out the dust with my hairdryer.
In my suggestion, Hotels.com should block this hotel

入住手續時電腦速度很慢，一度長達3分鐘沒反應，用line 打電話沒人接聽，發訊息不讀不回（3天兩夜）。好不容易完成手續，進到房間，兩條浴巾都是濕的，第二晚的浴巾稍微好一點，但也不是乾的。垃圾堆放在地下室樓梯間，已隱約發出臭味。

Check in and out with app. Differcult to get help if auto check in/out goes wrong which is happened very often.

There is no staff for check in and check out. But their pad check in/out app rare working properly and very difficult to contact the service person using voice function or contact number posted. I spent about 30 mins in check in lobby without air condition in 90 degree just try to get room key with a lady using their voice system.

Compared to many other hotels this was very cheap and you get what you pay for. But for us who only sleept there and spent the rest of our time in the city this was very good for the price. Especially considering that it had a great location and you got a really cool view of Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building as soon as you stepped out from the entrance. I attach a picture.

We only meet a staff at one moment during our stay, but she told us that we could use the umbrellas that was outside the entrance. That saved our day!

Our room also had a small fridge and a TV which was nice.

日本語が通じない。スタッフも中国人で部屋にある説明書きも日本語がおかしい。チェックインが無人で、普通のホテルと方法が違う為、時間がかかりすぎる。清掃が行き届いていない。バスタブに髪の毛あり。エアコンの除湿をつけたら、まった埃がすごかった。床やベッドの下もゴミや埃が溜まっていた。
