Fijne ruime kamer met prachtig uitzicht op de Ganga rivier en bergen. Personeel is heel ondersteunend en denkt graag met je mee.

Cons:

Ondanks de 'do not disturb sign' werd er meermaals per vergissing aan de deur gebeld. De kamer op de eerste verdieping heeft een drukke gang aan de voorzijde en op momenten drukte jn de tuin op de achterzijde.

A pleasant hotel with good staff but with some serious shortcomings.
Pros:

The overall service was excellent, the staff in particular were very friendly and keen to help.

Cons:

My room was booked as having a view of the Ganges. This was not the case. If you went onto the small balcony, wedged yourself in the corner and craned your neck a small part of the river was just about visible. All x15 rooms should be avoided if a river view is desired. The shower was also pitiful, the pressure was negligible and on at least 2 days there was no hot water. Altogether very disappointing.

La vista del Gange e la struttura nuova sono il punto di forza

Cons:

Purtroppo nella struttura c’erano continuamente lavori. Tutto il giorno rumore di Trapani, Martelli e operai a lavoro. Questo, per un posto che vuole vendere calma e relax non è sicuramente il trattamento che avrei desiderato. Altro aspetto negativo il bagno della stanza, estremamente piccolo, non si riusciva a stare in due dentro e per aprire e chiudere la porta uno dei due doveva entrare dentro la doccia. Infine, il letto non era matrimoniale, ma erano due materassi separati singoli, poco confortevoli per dormire in due.

Wonderful stay
Pros:

Location is great, walking distance to Laxman Juhla, Ganga river, many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Hotel staffs were polite and professional. Hotel upgraded me to a river view room that was very nice. The view of the room was magnificient with mountains and Ganga. The room was spacious, clean and comfy bed and pillows. Breakfast was great even without eggs, strictly vegetarian but there are still many choices plus indian dishes options. We had a good experience in the hotel.

Cons:

The staff at the breakfast restaurant kept coming back to take my food or drink away even though I hadn't finished them yet as I was taking my time to eat breakfast.
