We were welcomed by Ankit. He was very professional and welcoming.
Pros:

The property was in a nice quiet area. With shops around, which made it great. The hotel was very clean, and the breakfast was great. The staff was pleasant. Ankit we checked us in was friendly and professional. They offered many amenities. We will stay there again, next time we are in Phoenix.

Everything was really nice. I would definitely stay there again.
Pros:

The moment you step foot inside the hotel it smells clean, fresh air. The front desk is welcoming amd so nice. They explain everything to you efficiently. The room was super clean and also smelled great. The beds were comfortable. The hotel and surroundings were quiet. I definitely loved my stay there and would love to stay there in the future again.

I highly recommend staying at this location. I’m very impressed. I especially love the patio.
Pros:

Location, excellent employee, clean, comfy, good sized TV, nice furniture. Staying in this room is one of the better experiences I’ve ever had. The rooms are better than most. I cannot believe we got this room for such a great price.

Cons:

There were two things that I didn’t like about this property. One, it was understaffed. There was one employee for the whole hotel and then maids. Two, you can hear the person upstairs above you walking and clunking their feet all night long until they finally go to sleep and let you rest.

Pros:

Was in Phoenix to unload a Pod in Tolleson and take my things to Prescott. Decided to stay the night, picked a hotel in the north Valley to cut down on the drive back...and damn I picked a winner!

Loved everything about this Best Western. Beautiful room, great location near I-17 (but not too close). A quality free breakfast as well.

Pros:

I liked everything, it was clean and very comfortable. The desk clerk Rady was amazing. He's extremely kind and goes above and beyond for you. He's very professional and does everything he can to make your stay wonderful.

Cons:

The only thing that wasn't amazing was the water pressure in the shower.

Love shower. Room seem clean, updated and roomy.

Cons:

Water from shower wish was a bit stronger. There was no body wash in container. The bed did not mix well with my back.

Location and booking rate was great. King room was great. Ac in room great.

The hot tub was murky, maybe needed more chemicals after so many kids/ people.

Stayed seven nights for vacation.
Pros:

Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Hotel appeared to be clean.

Cons:

Each morning I woke up with tiny red itchy bumps. Looks like bedbug bites. I showed them to the person at the front desk he said he would have our room cleaned.
