Our family of 10, all said we would stay again!!! Thank you for the wonderful memories!
Pros:

We loved the friendly staff, the most! We didn’t like the Restaurant. We spent over $500.00 and I walked out hungry. All I wanted was a Steak and Potato. You had one…$95.00…lol. No kids menu, which was disappointing. The Server was great! The food and menu, very disappointing.

Cons:

The pillows in room 908 are flatter than a pancake.

Excellent stay. We love to come back.
Pros:

Nice friendly hotel, professional staff, large and clean rooms. Price for the rooms is a bit high. Restaurant is excellent, really great. Options for breakfast are limited but for us it was fine.

Cons:

The price for the rooms is relatively high for the area.

Perfect Stay
Pros:

Great hotel with excellent amenities! We loved overlooking TCO Performance Center. Everyone was so kind, and the service was so far beyond expectations. Clean, beautiful, peaceful and super fun resort. Cannot recommend enough.

Do Better Omni
Pros:

This experience was very unfortunate. For a hotel with such a good reputation, I expected so much more. Our suite had a broken door to the balcony, which created a draft and a high-pitched whistle the entire time. Maintenance could not fix it, and no comp or alternate solution was offered. The hotel restaurants and lobby bar were so over-crowded with people not staying at the hotel, that guests could not access them without reservations made well in advance (not an option for Blitzen's). We intended to grab a drink before heading to Kyndred Hearth for dinner. Both Ice and Ember and Blitzen's had over an hour and a half wait and no ability to grab a seat at the bar or a drink while you waited. Kyndred Hearth was a good experience foodwise, but unless you have a reservation for your entire experience, just stay in your room, enjoy the below zero breeze and whistling, and head to the restaurant at your reservation time. Very disappointed.
