Definitely would stay again!
Pros:

I like that there was a train station access under the hotel, liked how helpful staff was, liked that there was a store under the hotel as well, and café and restaurants. Across the street is a family mart which was also super great for ATM, snacks, and other items.

Cons:

It was an hour away from Tokyo which was hard for travel plans (my fault)
The rooms were Narrow and small (typical so technically not a negative but something to get used to)

Pros:

The rooms were clean, the gowns and bed were incredibly comfy. There were many free amenities in the reception, and the hotel was in a great location, situated right above Wakoshi station!

Clean, comfortable, convenient
Pros:

Stayed 12 nights and spoke to staff only four times. Basically, everything functioned as it should and interventions were not necessary. Generally clean and well maintained facility. Convenient location just around the corner from the bus stop from Haneda airport and on top of the train station with many shops and restaurants in easy walking distance. Comfortable bed, good black-out curtain, empty space under bed for storing a suitcase.

Cons:

Arrived one hour before official check-in time of 1400 and was made to wait. Room has a large window with a great view but does not open to allow for ventilation.

Génial je recommande
Pros:

Super propre , personnel au top ,petit quartier génial y a tout et ont est dans le bâtiment du train donc 1 minute pour le prendre

Cons:

Un peut cher mais tout les logements sont cher à Tokyo et il faut minimum 45 minutes pour aller au centre-ville

Localização excelente
Pros:

A equipe é excelente, muito receptivos, nos ajudaram no descarte de uma mala quebrada e indicação de restaurantes. A localização do hotel é fantástica, tendo acesso fácil a UNIQLO e diversos restaurantes maravilhosos no prédio (indicamos fortemente a lanchonete do térreo).

Cons:

A cama é realmente dura, como já havia lido em alguns comentários, mas isso não estraga de forma alguma a experiência geral, pois com o tempo você acostuma.
