For a 2 week solo business trip it was a great bargain. For me, the location could not have been better.
Pros:

Clean, new facilities. Decent amount of room. Helpful staff. Great location for a business trip to Honda, but also just a short ride away from Yamanote-sen.

Cons:

My only issue is that you can not open a window to let fresh air in, but there is an A/C that has fresh air intake.

Pros:

출장 목적으로 여러번 묵었지만 항상 선택하게 되는 와코시 최고의 호텔입니다. 조식도 아랫층 식당가 일식당에서 먹을 수 있는데 가벼운 일식 조식이라 좋았습니다.

Cons:

북향, 남향의 방을 번갈아 묵었는데, 북향 방은 열차 소음이 조금 거슬릴 수 있어요. 남향 방은 앞 건물의 간판 조명이 신경쓰일 수 있으니 높은 층, 혹은 엘리베이터에서 조금 먼쪽이 좋습니다.

チェックイン時に宅配便を客室まで運んで下さり、外線からホテルのフロントへの電話番号についての疑問にもすぐに対応してもらえました。浴室内、客室共に清潔でした。

何時もの様に，満足に過ごす事が出来ました。
Pros:

駅の上なので，アクセス良く移動に大変便利に移動できる。2時ー11時の，チェックインチエクアウトが良い。

洗濯機の数が少なく，なかなか使うことが出来ない。

駅直結で便利なロケーション
Pros:

駅に直結しており、高級スーパーやユニクロまであり、買い物に困らない。下のベーカリーのパンがとても美味しい。
通りを渡った所に24時間営業のスーパーもある。
池袋まで近い。

Cons:

部屋は清潔だが狭く、スーツケース二つを広げるスペースはなかった。
