Pros:

rapport qualité prix. place de l hotel entouré de toytes les commodites.

Cons:

le petit dejeuner. Accueil extremement desagreable de la dame. Si vous arrivez apres la cuisson des aliments tout sera froid. Omelette froide... pas de reassort. Les produits sont disposés puis au fyr et a mesure qu ils disparaissent il n y a plus rien.

Goed en schoon hotel
Pros:

Het hotel is erg schoon. We vonden het fijn dat het een wat rustigere buurt is. Er zijn een aantal winkels en restaurants in hetzelfde gebouw, dus dat is ook wel ideaal. Daarnaast waren er ook convenience stores in de buurt dus helemaal prima. De kamers zijn inderdaad aan de kleine kant, maar volgens mij is dat best wel gebruikelijk voor Tokyo. De metro was echt op 2-3 minuten loopafstand.

Tokyo impressed
Pros:

Great location above Wakoshi station which has access to two metro lines. 20 minutes to Shibuya. 15 minutes to Ikebukuro. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Room size is great. Blockout blinds so good a slept till 11 without realising. You can have 2 large bags open and space to move around. Deep bath as most hotels have. Fantastic water pressure shower. Supermarket,Lawson's, Family Mart, 7 eleven ATM, many fresh food pre prepared meal places. You can warm up the meals in the microwave which is on your floor. Stock up drinks and snacks in the small fridge. Even though some places are an hour or more away, I don't think there is one place in Tokyo that would be 20 minutes away from everything anyway. Limousine bus 2 minute walk to Haneda and Narita airports. I would stay here again.

何もかもが快適でした。

Great price, good location, easy to communicate . Definitely worth it.
Pros:

It was so close to the train station. There were a lot of convenient stores and restaurants nearby. The staff was very accommodating. The rooms were clean.

Cons:

The beds were hard and uncomfortable if you are a bigger/plus sized person.

Loved it!
Pros:

The hotel was beautiful, clean and for a Canadian the bed was plenty big enough! The staff were wonderful and the local amenities were all that we needed. It was a 30 min train ride into the busier areas, but a super quiet and totally blacked out sleep in the wakoshi tobu hotel!

Cons:

The mattress was quite firm...but I believe this is just a thing that Canadians aren't used to and is very normal for Japanese mattresses.
