Nice area
Pros:

Access to train and shos around it

Cons:

There was a blackout, no major concern apart from no lights and electricity but I wish the announcement they were making is also in english

Great stay
Pros:

Staff was very helpful, they help me filling the form to send my luggage to the next hotel.
Location can't be better, there are stores and places to eat without leaving the building. A few steps from the metro station.

Cons:

The room had a very tight place for luggage.
And the breakfast was really good, but it was kind of late when it was available, so even when it was included we miss it once.

One of the most practical hotels I've ever stayed at.
Pros:

Honestly there were no downsides. The hotel is directly above the station building, there is a taxi rank and local buses from immediately outside too.
Shops and restaurants are all around and you're just 13 minutes from ikebukuro for a big selection of everything.
The rooms are comfortable with large windows for light and excellent blackout blinds if you want a lie in.

The staff were fantastic and courteous, I'll definitely look to this hotel if I ever need to stay in the area again.

酷暑の中快適でした。
Pros:

酷暑日でしたが、部屋はしっかり断熱きいており、夜はエアコン切って寝ることができました。

Cons:

夜、突然停電が起こった。
しかし、館内放送も何もなく、20分くらいそのままだった。
朝チェックアウトの時に、昨日は…とあっただけだった。
10時は過ぎていたので、ねている人もいただろうからという配慮もあったかもしれないが、館内放送入れるなど、説明があるとよい。
また、不便な時間となり、快適とは言えなかったし、幸い我慢できる暑さの時間だったのでよかったが、ペットボトル配るとか、チェックアウトの時に、何かサービスするとかあって良いのではなかったのか？

期待外れ
Cons:

夜、10:30頃から１時間余り停電があったが、スタッフからの説明も館内放送も何もないままだった。
外を見ると他の建物は全て灯りがついていたので、当ビルだけだった様だった。真夏なのにクーラーも明かりも全部切れて、寝かけていたのに目が覚めた。何の連絡も放送もなかったので、宿泊客が皆、廊下に顔を出して、停電であることを確かめ合った。予備電源もなかなか作動せず、安眠どころではなかった。
翌朝、看板に簡単な説明と、チェックアウト時にスタッフから軽く謝罪があっただけだった。

Pros:

Staff were all nice. Room condition is well kept. Nice and convenient location. Limo bus stop to Haneda airport close by.

Only small room has working desk layout.

Pros:

始発駅の利便性と駅ビル内にある施設面での利便性が高い。価格面でも部屋の広さ及び照明スイッチなど設備面でも使いやすく、コスパは十分高い。
