Położenie hotelu,dobra baza wypadowa.Okolica cicha blisko autobusy ADO. Generalnie super hotel.
The location was close to the bus station. The staff welcoming us was friendly and the room had a good size.
The curtains did not have full length so a lot of light came to the windows. There was a bad smell from the bathroom which was also quite small. There was a lot of noise during the night starting at 2.30 until the morning, sounded like a washing machine or something similar. Also the ventilator and AC made a lot of noise so no option to leave them on during the night. When we arrived at 16.30 the room was not yet ready, within 10 minutes it was. Also price was more expensive than booking, explained as taxes but I did see a different price on my booking.

Excelente atención por el personal, todos muy amables, nos hicieron recomendaciones de lugares para comer riquísimo, la habitación cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda.
Creo que solo faltaría que contara con un frigobar en la habitación para poder tener las bebidas frías y algunas necesidades de mantener medicamentos en frio ya que viajaba con personas mayores que los requerían.
Sin embargo el personal de recepción nos apoyo guardando estos medicamentos en su refri, lo que aprecio mucho.

La vicinanza alla stazione degli autobus
La reception non rispettava gli orari di apertura affissi all'ingresso, le biciclette erano inutilizzabili, era lontana dalla città
El personal és molt amable i han atès en tot moment, inclús de nit a través del whastapp.El recinte de l'hotel és molt bonic i es respira molta calma. És un petit oasis a Bacalar.
Potser no és a la zona més propera a la costa de la llacuna però s'arriba bé a tot arreu amb cotxe o bicicleta.
La habitación fue muy cómoda y limpia. Cuenta con varios servicios de tv con netxflix, ventilador, aire acondicionado y agua caliente.
Por alguna situación ajena ami, nos quedamos atrapados más de 2 horas en el tráfico sin señal para comunicarnos por un accidente de tráfico, por lo cual llegamos más tarde para ingresar y nos cobraron 150 pesos adicionales por levantar a la recepcionista para abrirnos la puerta y dejarnos pasar. No recuerdo haber leído alguna especificación sobre el tema.

No es un hotel con recepcion de 24 hrs. Su relación calidad precio es mala, además te hacen un cobro extra si llegas después de las 11 de la noche, dicho costo puede variar entre 150 y 400 pesos mexicanos dependiendo del horario en el que llegues, razón por la cual no lo recomiendo. No lo informan en condiciones del serviciones en la plataforma de Booking, considerar esto si llegaras posterior a las 11 de la noche.
