Cons:

The girl at the reception was very unfriendly. The room change resulted in only two rooms instead of three. The number of beds did not match the booking. This was the worst service we experienced during our two-week stay in Mexico.

Un lugar tranquilo, familiar. La habitación muy linda y limpia. El patio con mesas y sillas, lleno de plantas muy bonitas agradable para descansar y organizar el viaje. Muy buen servicio de limpieza todos los días. Frida muy cordial, nos brindo todo lo necesario.

Nous avons été pas du tout content de notre séjour. L hotel est á 20 minutes á pied du ponton de la reserve oú l'on peut se baigner. La seule personne á la reception ne parlais pas anglais.... difficile d'avoir de réelle conversation et nous ne parlons pas l'espagnol. Lumière allumée jusqu á 23h00 le soir et les rideaux ne sont pas occultants.... chambre trés humide. Nous avons eu notre linge de bain avec des gros trous. Jointure de douche avec de la saleté. Bref trés déçu.

Pros:

The location was close to the bus station. The staff welcoming us was friendly and the room had a good size.

Cons:

The curtains did not have full length so a lot of light came to the windows. There was a bad smell from the bathroom which was also quite small. There was a lot of noise during the night starting at 2.30 until the morning, sounded like a washing machine or something similar. Also the ventilator and AC made a lot of noise so no option to leave them on during the night. When we arrived at 16.30 the room was not yet ready, within 10 minutes it was. Also price was more expensive than booking, explained as taxes but I did see a different price on my booking.
