المكان جميل ولاكن يحتاج تدريب مكثف الموظفين بالتعامل وتدريب على طريقة نظافة الغرف وتوفير الاحتياجات للغرف

الموقع و تصميم الفندق جميل

Cons:

النظافة الخاصة بالغرف سيئة جداً وعدم توفر بعض الامور الاساسية و تعامل سيء جداً من اغلب الموظفين وعدم التجاوب بطء في الخدمة

Highly recommend!
Pros:

We had such a lovely stay here! The hotel is in a great location, with shops, restaurants, and the beach all nearby. Having a halal kitchen and an ATM at the hotel was also really convenient.

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Overall, it was fantastic value for money.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike. Everything was great.

Le séjour fut vraiment moyen pour un établissement de se calibre.
Pros:

Le personnel a l’entrée était très sympathique

Cons:

1. Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas jusque dans la chambre
2. On vous annonce un service Netflix etc qui ne fonctionne pas du tout, et aucune solution proposer afin de corriger cela (inclus dans le service de la chambre).
3. Pour finir nous sommes allés au petit déjeuner, nous avons demandés un machhiato (nous ne l’avons jamais vraiment eu : un expresso à 200 baths nous fut encaissé????)

Oda büyük ve manzarası güzeldi.

Cons:

1.Kahvaltı personeli çok kaba ve sorunuza cevap vermiyorlar sabah 10 da kahvaltıyı toplamaya başlıyorlar ve kahvaltıda hiç bişey yok kesinlikle kahvaltı almayın
2.Odanın kliması kapı girişini su içinde bırakıyor çözümü yere havlu sermekte bulundu ve 19 derecede çalışması gerekiyormuş donarak ölmediğin sürece sorun yok
3.King süitte kaldık mutfak yokmuş hiç aklıma gelmedi bu kadar pahallı bir odada mutfak olmayacağı ama yok malesef mini buzdolabı var 2 tane kola sığıyor su bile sığmıyor.
4.Caddeye uzak olduğu gibi otel girişinden odayada çok uzak
5.Merkeze uzak
6.Kesinlikle bu parayı haketmiyor bu paraya çok çok daha iyi oteller var.
7.Resimle oda aynı değil.

قرب المكان من شاطئ باتونق

Cons:

تأخير في الخدمه ، مسبح الاطفال غير نظيف وعدم الاهتمام فيه ، الجيم الالات تحتاج الى صيانه ولا يوجد ماء داخل الجيم ولا مناشف للتعرق ، الرسبشن لايوجد فيه تهويه وكتمه خانقه
