Everything was great just in a really weird location
The hotel serves halal food which is great for us! Ease of mind for muslim travellers. Abu, the restaurant manager provided excellent service and went all out to make sure that our stay there was a memorable one.
Its no air-conditioning in the room mor 8 hr
Our recent stay here was nothing short of fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed.
The room was perfect for a family of three - spacious, clean, and thoughtfully arranged.
The view from our balcony overlooked the beach, and we were just a short walk away from the shore.

Absolutely stunning, very friendly and helpful staff, good view, quiet at night but close enough to the action in Patong. The breakfast was amazing with so many options, definitely worth the add-on. When I come back to Thailand I will definitely stay here again.

This was great for some solo travel
Lost my custom clip on sunglass from the room . Left them one day and notice I left them right .
Gorgeous property with friendly staff.
I enjoyed my 3-day stay at the hotel. It is outside of the main area in Patong but that means you get quiet evenings which can be rare in the city. Be prepared to walk more than you expect to go to the tourist places but is only a 3-minute walk to the beach.
The one thing that was a little annoying was the evening dining. The food can take a long time and was not as ordered. I do not think they had enough staff for the number of people at the restaurant.
Warning, if you get a room that connects to another, you can hear everything in the other room. My last day an upset couple arrived and argued loudly all day. Other than that, the accommodations were as advertised and very clean.

Manager was very friendly and accomodating, but the hotel quality * amenities are on the lower end, not worth the high rates.
Clean and great location. At the tip of the beach. A little walk to the main area but still doable.
