Otelin konumu new town daki noktalara yürüyerek 5-10 dakika, old town a ise yürüyerek 15-20 dakika sürüyor. Personelin hizmeti ve tavırları gayet iyi. Temizlik güzeldi ve internet baglantısı iyiydi. Biz cocugumuzla gittigimiz icin ek yataklı bir oda bulmak bizim icin onemliydi ve ek yatak da beklentimizi karşıladı. Genel olarak modern ve güzel bir otel. Kahvaltısından memnun kaldık özellikle biz Türkler için Avrupa da beklentimizi karsılayan kahvaltı bulmak zor. Tabi ki bir Türk kahvaltısı degildi ama gayet yeterliydi.
Odamızın baktıgı manzara karsılıklı iki duvarın arasından sokaga bakıyordu. Bundan cok memnun kalmadık ama köşe oda oldugu icin olabilir. Bunun dısında memnun kalmadıgımız bir konu olmadı.

Das Hotel war sehr ruhig und gut schallisoliert. Dadurch haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Lage war ok. Das Hotel liegt in einem Büroviertel. Fussläufig war vieles erreichbar, aber nicht alles. Für Reisende die gerne zu Fuß die Stadt erkunden wollen, ist die Lage super. Das Personal war überwiegend freundlich.
Das Zimmer war zum Teil nicht sauber. Die Zimmer wurden nur sehr oberflächlich gereinigt. Das Kopfkissen hatte Flecken. Einige Mitarbeiter wirkten genervt und waren nicht so freundlich. Im Großen und Ganzen war das Hotel viel zu teuer für das was man bekommen hat.
Buona struttura per un hotel così però le camere dovrebbero essere leggermente più curate e accoglienti.

I feel the rooms are not a great size at all for the money you pay. Nearly £400 for one night in a queen room, it was tiny and shower/bath room was standard. Clean enough
