Pros:

Le gérant et le personnel sont très gentils. L'endroit est paisible avec un très beau jardin. Il a été de bons conseils et nous a conseillé une très belle croisière sur la baie avec sa compagnie. Il nous a trouvé également une solution pour la nuit du 30 avril au 1er mai parce que tout était réservé avec les jours fériés (Nuit dans une maison flottante).
La cuisine de son homestay était également très bonne avec des produits frais de la mer ( mention spéciale pour les huîtres).

Cons:

J'ai tout apprécié. Juste très peu de pression pour la douche mais c'était pas bien grave.

Mixed experience. No water, tea, or coffee in the room—just a kettle and cups. Towels smelled strongly of bleach.
We also had issues with pricing and communication: the booking showed about 255,000 VND per night, but on arrival we were charged 700,000 VND for one night and not allowed to stay the extra night that was previously agreed.
On the positive side, the area is beautiful, with a lovely garden, a nice small pool, and very cute dogs and cats.

A great relaxing stay in a beautiful place!
Pros:

The homestay is beautiful with a nice garden. Very calm location: great to relax!
The rooms are nice, clean and spacious.
The owner, Tuyen, is really helpful. He organised all the transfers and boat tour for us. Everything went smoothly thanks to him. He also offers scooter and bikes rental which is very convenient.
His wife also prepares good home made food.
We recommend 100%!!

Schöne Unterkunft mit tollem Service
Pros:

Nettes Homestay mit sehr gutem Service. Wir hatten Probleme und mussten früher abreisen. Der Besitzer hat sich sehr kulant verhalten- vielen Dank dafür!

Pros:

die Unterkunft ist sauber und schön gepflegt. Und es ist sehr ruhig gelegen, das tat uns nach der Hektik in Hanoi gut. Es gibt auch einen kleinen Pool, der für Abkühlung sorgt. Das Essen im Restaurant war lecker und abwechslungsreich. Besonders nett ist wenn am Abend ein heißes Fußbad mit Kräutern hergerichtet wird.

Очень красивый и ухоженный дворик между домиками Очень чистые комнаты. Прекрасные завтраки. Паренье ножек после ужина было очень приятным. Я арендовала тут байк, бронировала тур по Ланха и трансфер в Ниньбинь, все прошло хорошо.

Pros:

It’s a total heaven ! We loved everything about this place , the staff is very kind and helpful. They have a beautiful place full of flowers and plants. It looks like a little fairy garden. The bonus for anyone who loves animal is that they have cute little dogs and cats walking around , super friendly and well behaved!! They also have a very tasty restaurant. + you can rent scooter from them , directly from the reception , it makes visiting the island so much easier. We were very sad to leave. We hope to come back at some points !

Pros:

We loved our stay at tran chau garden home, away from the hustle and bustle of cat ba town but still close enough if you’d like to visit the center for food or adventure activities. The hosts were very kind and helpful, the rooms were clean and comforable, and the garden is amazing! We would definetely come back

Неймовірно красива територія. Багато зелені, квітучих дерев. Є гойдалки та місця для відпочинку. Сам номер був чистим і перебування в ньому було комфортним.

Nice and cosy bungalow family run hotel. Spacious room, room service every day. We had the most comfortable beds, slept like babies. Very quiet, in a small village, beautiful garden, clean and cozy territory, little swimming pool that our daughter loved, very well maintained - we saw people taking care of the grounds every day. Breakfast one of the best we had in Vietnam, we especially liked the pancakes and fruit salad, could eat it every day. Dinner options were also very good, we had most our dinners there and never regretted our choices. Very friendly and helpful family, they were helping us organising literally everything, all the transportations, excursions etc and all worked very smoothly, on time and very well organised, very reasonably priced, we didn't have to worry about anything and were completely satisfied with them. Free bikes. We also loved the herbal baths in the evening.

Nothing, we were very happy there.

A wonderful stay in delightful accommodation within a pretty garden. Excellent value for money with lovely owners.
Pros:

Set back from the road, it was quiet and the rooms set around a very pretty garden. Excellent value for money and the owners very accommodating. Bikes available free to use, although being so hilly it’s difficult to cycle, so the property also has mopeds available to rent.
