Pros:

Les chambres sont bien, spacieuses et confortables.
Les excursions proposées par l'hôtel sont très bien, et l'hôtel s'occupe de tout pour l'organisation, c'est agréable (croisière 2 jours 1 nuit). L'hôtel s'occupe également du transport, c'est pas cher et très pratique.
Le cadre de l'hotel est sympathique, dans un petit jardin.
La nourriture du restaurant est très bonne.
L'hôtel nous a laissé prendre une douche après le check out.
Les bains de pied sont très agréables.

Cons:

la porte de la chambre laisse passer la lumière donc on se fait réveiller tôt.
Le menu du restaurant manque de choix végétarien.
Les motos louées par l'hôtel sont NULLES. Sur 3 motos louées, toutes étaient vieilles, avec des moteurs fonctionnant à peine, des freins très abîmés et mous, des rétroviseurs pas adaptés (rétroviseur droit monté du côté gauche sur une), des lumières pas toutes fonctionnelles, un coffre qui avait du mal à s'ouvrir/fermer... Il faut absolument les remplacer, idem pour les casques qui sont vieux et moins efficaces que des casques de vélo (d'autant plus que c'est nécessaire d'avoir une moto pour se déplacer hors de l'hôtel).
Ce sont les pires motos qu'on ait eu en 6 mois de voyage en Asie.

Excellent value and a great kitchen
Pros:

Very natural and calm place to be. The restaurant was excellent, no need to eat outside. I’m going to miss the pancakes! They are better than my moms pancakes 😳🥰

Ambiance familiale en retrait de la ville, simple, mignon, des gens respectueux souriants et discrets qui répondent toujours aux besoins.
Des repas faits maisons généreux.

Possibilité de louer scooter et vélos.
Possibilité de se faire réserver les excursions bateau dans les baies avec un pick up à l'hôtel. Pareil pour les transferts Cat Ba > Hanoï ou Cat Ba > Non Binh.

We would stay here again. Great hosts and property.
Pros:

Lovely hosts who were very friendly. They offered us free foot baths and bicycles to borrow. Cold AC, hot water in the shower and a comfortable bed and pillow. They also helped us arrange a tour and transportation. Food in their restaurant was very tasty. Pool was refreshing and clean and the cats were the best!

Struttura pulita e comoda.
Molto comodo il poter noleggiare gli scooter per girare in autonomia.
C'è la possibilità di prenotare il bus per hanoi direttamente tramite loro e offrono anche altri servizi come il tour in barca. Mi è piaciuto poichè si appoggiano ad una compagni seria che ti fa fare un tour di un giorno completo

Pros:

Ontzettend leuke homestay gerund door zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame familie. We kregen regelmatig vers geplukt fruit en het herbal voetenbadje ‘s avonds was ook heerlijk.

We recommend borrowing a bicycle directly from the homestay. It’s a convenient way to explore the area at your own pace. While the bikes may not be brand new, they are reliable and get you where you need to go—whether it’s the town center, nearby beaches, or local dining spots.

Everything was nice about the property: nice garden, good food, clean rooms etc.

Cons:

I’d suggest to not book a plankton night tour through the hotel! It was extremely sketchy and seemed almost illegal… maybe just book it through a real tour guide.

Pros:

Le homestay est super cosy, gérée par une famille adorable qui prendra soin de vous. Le petit déjeuner est très bon, ainsi que les plats préparés par la famille ! En soirée, il vous est proposé un bain de pied aux herbes gratuitement. Le homestay se situe dans une zone reculée de la ville (4-5km) c’est parfait pour le calme mais il faudra simplement vous organiser pour vous déplacer (la famille propose vélos, scooters et service de taxis).

Location is great, if, like us, you choose not to stay in town, and stiil, its 8 or so minutes on a scooter. Rooms are spacious and clean. We rented a scooter on site and price was cheaper than in town. Also, the host took care of booking an evening plankton tour, which was great experience and also, at a cheaper fee. Its great value for the money and we highly recommend it

Food is so so and the pool is small.
