Nice little boutique hotel worth recommending
Pros:

The location. While it's in the busy part of Ubud, being away from the streets, it's surprisingly blissful.
A rather small and cozy hotel that's rather private.
Staff are friendly and attentive.

Cons:

The room we had for the first night, the aircon was leaking around 3am.
The next day, I informed the front desk, she's apologetic and got the mechanics to repair it.

Boutique hôtel expectionnel et mémorable
Pros:

Superbe empacement. Proche du centre mais au calme, sans bruits, endroit paisible.
Trés proche de restaurants healthy - bio, de spas massages, ...
Petit déjeuner de qualité avec délicieux produits frais, de superbe bowls avec fruits et granola.
La chambre est grande, spacieuse, avec lits a baldaquin.
Il y a une douche ET un baignoire.
Tout est parfaitement décoré et propre.
Il y a 2 grandes piscines trés jolies avec des arbres et végétation à côté

Ils ont même écrit Happy Birthday à notre mère avec des fleurs sur le lit ! Vraiment au top !

On nous as acceuilli avec des petits snaks et boissons et des serviette froides. Acceuil chaleureux et personnalisé.
Le personnel est d'une hospitalité hors du commun. Gentil, serviable, souriant. Ils nous demandent le matin comment vas t-on ?
À la fin, on nous a offert des bracelets porte bonheur !
On recommande à tous le monde ce coin de paradis :)

Cons:

le fait que la navette aie un périmètre trop restreint. Il faudrait élargir un peu jusqu'à Putri Bali Spa et Moska Restaurant et un peu plus tard car 22h c'edt un peu tôt.

日本人宿泊者です。良い口コミのサクラを心配していましたが、想像以上に素晴らしい宿でした！

4人で2部屋とって宿泊し、1泊あたり1人5,000円程度で、プールと選べる朝食付き。スタッフの皆さんもとても親切で、コストパフォーマンスも居心地も大満足でした。もし要望を言えるなら1階のお部屋だと目の前がプールで勝手がいいと思います。

予約前は近隣のホテルやAirbnbの悪い口コミまでかなり読み込み、気になる点が実際にあっても、ここなら許容できそうだと思って選びました。結果、大正解でした！

特に心配していた虫は、初日は1匹も見かけず、外の電灯の周りにもいませんでした。2〜3日目に小さな虫を数匹見かけた程度で、個人的には日本のほうが多いくらいに感じました。

誕生日のサプライズもとても素敵だったので、誕生日や記念日で宿泊する方は、ぜひ相談してみてほしいです。

朝食は複数のコースから選べますが、なかでもナシゴレンが一番おいしかったです！生の果物はお腹を壊すのが心配で控えていましたが、最終日にいただき、私の場合はその後も体調に変化はありませんでした。

ドライヤーの風量も普通で、シャワー室と湯船がそれぞれあり、お湯を貯められて助かりました。

価格以上の満足感があり、また泊まりたいと思える宿です！

Cons:

ほとんどありません。

強いて言うなら、シーツと室内着（上の服のみ用意されています）は清掃時も整えるのみで変えてくれないので、気になる方は自分から頼む必要があります。前日出張マッサージを呼んだせいでアロマの匂いが気になったのですが、頼めばすぐ対応してくれました。

I would stay here again but know that the location is basically in a neighborhood.
Pros:

Food was wonderful and beautifully presented. Hotel is lovely. No elevators though and we were on the third floor so that was a challenge. Staff was wonderful and could not do enough for us.

Cons:

My biggest beef was that it was far out of the city and no view at all from the hotel. They did have a shuttle service which was great, but it is a not a very walkable location.
