Exceptional place with the most helpful friendly staff ,beautiful room with balcony

This had been the most beautiful place we have been in Bali

This was our second stay in the hotel and we were not disappointed. Very clean rooms, well maintained pool with clean water without strong smell of chlorine . Staff are amazing, calling you by name and trying to accommodate your needs. Breakfast is very tasty, freshly prepared for each guest. The bed and pillows are comfortable, water pressure in the shower is great. Location is very convenient, in the busy tourist area without the accompanying noise. Lots of restaurants nearby and also can order food onsite. There is new complex still under construction in about 10 minutes walk (Hidden City) with lots of already opened facilities and two restaurants nearby Chito and Mamu with amazing food. We really loved that little oasis in Ubud and a special vibe of the hotel. We will definitely be staying there in the future.

Eu amei tudo. É a segunda vez que me hospedo no Sabana. Adoro tudo. Atendimento, quarto, limpeza, equipe excelente, super prestativa, educada, atenciosa. Se voltar para Ubud vou me hospedar novamente.

Хотелът и обслужването бяха превъзходни. Имат си автобусче-шатъл, с което могат да те откарат или вземат от определени места в центъра на Убуд. Имахме чудесна гледка от нашия балкон. Закуската е разнообразна и богата.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und ordentlich und ruhig gelegen. Das Frühstück war frisch und lecker, man kann aus einer Auswahl an verschiedenen Frühstückssets bestellen. Insbesondere die Bowl sind sehr lecker. Man kann jeden Tag entscheiden, ob man im frühstücksbereich oder auf der Terasse des Zimmers frühstücken möchte.
Das Personal ist wahnsinnig herzlich und zuvorkommend und ist ständig bemüht zu unterstützen. Zu meinem Geburtstag haben sie gesungen und eine kleine Überraschung auf das Zimmer gebracht.
Toll ist auch der Shuttleservice in die Stadt und zurück.

Ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid, eigenlijk teveel om op te krijgen. Personeel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam, zij doen er alles aan om je verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken.

A truly serene and cozy place right in the heart of Ubud. The location is excellent, just a short walking distance to the Monkey Forest and all daily necessities, and beautifully calm and peaceful. The room was super comfortable, spotlessly clean, and the view was absolutely amazing. The balcony offered a beautiful, tranquil outlook that made the stay even more special. Everything was perfect. A lovely, cozy stay with a beautiful and calming environment. Highly recommended.

酒店很干净，而且有shuttle bus接送市区范围。我儿子过生日，他们还给准备了生日小蛋糕。下午还有茶点，服务可以说是很用心了

Sabana Ubud exceeded all our expectations! The room was beautiful, the staff was extraordinarily kind and helpful, the breakfast was delicious (and had multiple options), and the complimentary shuttle saved us a lot of money in transportation costs. We were upgraded to Sabana Bliss (their sister hotel across the street) last minute, but they share the same staff and seem very similar so I believe this review will still be accurate. The staff were the best part of the stay. They were always ready to answer questions, fix any problems, clean the room, provide transportation on the shuttle, or even just chat for a bit. Summarized succinctly, the high quality of the stay was well worth the reasonable price. If we return to Bali, we will definitely stay at Sabana Ubud/Bliss again.
