Séjour trés agréable
Pros:

Dés l'arrivée une place de parking nous est atribuée, Suzana parle très bien l'anglais et est très acceuillante, suite à un départ matinale nous ne pourrons pas prendre le petit déjeuner qui est servit à 9:00, mais une une "lunch box"nous est fournit gentiment avant les départ.
La piscine de l'hôtel est très agréable.
La dame du bar nous a passé du Aznavour et Piaf en apprenant que nous étions Français (gentille attention)

Cons:

Le vis a vis de certaines chambres avec les immeubles sur le côté ( privilégiez les chambre avec vue sur mer).
La climatisation un peu bruyante ( en cherchant le détail)

Очень надеюсь что мой отзыв никак не повредит дамам на ресепшн, но впечатления остались такие, что во второй раз в этот
Pros:

Очень дружелюбные дамы на ресепшн, больше им спасибо за помощь в любых вопросах. Расположено прямо напротив моря, первая линия. Уборка была каждый день, приносили воду каждый день, кондиционер работал.

Cons:

Очень шумный лифт. Старая мебель, есть ржавчина в душе - это точно никак не 4 звезды. И, конечно, хуже всего - завтрак. Подавали столовскую еду, там из реально нормального было только вода, яйца и овощи, по остальному - огромные вопросы. Пельмени на завтрак? Плов? Венигрет? Почему не сделать нормальный завтрак - йогурт, омлет, яичница? И честно еда пахла так себе и выглядела как из фильмов ужасов. Грузия одна из лучших стран по еде, и очень странно встречать такое в грузинском отеле.

Отдельно хочется сказать про наличие «spa» в названии отеля - никакого СПА нет и в помине.

חדרים דלים מאוד. מפרסמים מלון ספא ,כשכבר שנה אין במקום ספא, הבריכה בחוץ זה גיגית מים קרים בצל .
האוכל לא מגוון עלוב ביותר
