Pros:

beautiful hotel, amazing size rooms, super confit bed, elevator arriving directly in the centre of town. Staff was super reactive when we had an issue. ****

Cons:

The swimming pool and spa area was not included in the price which is the first time I encounter this. It was only when scrolling through a lot of data that I found this information. It was a shame because it was one of the reason that I had chosen this hotel and had decided to pay more for it

Extraordinario.
Pros:

La situación perfecta en pleno centro con acceso a pie de calle a través de ascensor interior.
Nos incluyeron el desayuno y nos mejoraron la habitación por cortesía del hotel.

LA LOCALIZACIÓN Y LAS INSTALACIONES DEL HOTEL. ES UN GRAN HOTEL Y VOLVERÉ A QUEDARME EN ÉL EN MI PRÓXIMA VISITA A SAN SEBATIÁN.

Cons:

NO LE PONGO UN PERO AL HOTEL, TODO FANTÁSTICO.

PERO POR INDICAR ALGO PARA MEJORAR, UN PAR DE COSAS:

1) AL LLEGAR EL WC NO ESTABA LIMPIO DEL TODO. HABÍA MANCHAS COMO DE SANGRE EN LA TAPA ASIENTO.

2) REVISAR EL ESTADO DE LAS PLANCHAS: AL USAR LA PLANCHA DE LA HABITACIÓN NADA MAS USARLA MANCHÓ UNA CAMISA BLANCA Y LE DEJÓ UNA MARCA EN NEGRO CON LA FORMA DE LA PLANCA. PEDÍ QUE LA SUSTITUYERAN, LO QUE HICIERON RÁPIDAMENTE Y LA NUEVA PLANCHA YA NO TENÍA ESTE PROBLEMA, PERO LA MANCHA SE QUEDÓ EN LA CAMISA.

The walk to the reception from town was very hilly.
On arrival we were given a lift option from the main street.
An email with these details would have been very helpful prior to our arrival.

Hôtel est un 4 étoiles +++. Le confort, la gentillesse du personnel et la déco très sympa.
Pros:

Les chambres sont super confortables et le petit déjeuner incroyable. L’ascenseur privé qui emmène dans la ville est génial.

Cons:

Tout est vraiment super dans cet hôtel, si il faut dire quelque chose, le bar pourrait être un peu plus chaleureux car l’emplacement n’est pas cosy.
