Amazing location, super close to old town and very close to sea front. Good gym, pool and great rooftop bar.
Pool can be crowded. Inside the property has been updated, but some places a little rough round the edges. That being said I think it probably represents good value for money for San Sebastián.
Great location, great views, great breakfast
The spa wasn’t free + not very luxurious, it looked a bit old and worn. The rooftop pool was cooled.

EL DESAYUNO Y EL SERVICIO DE COMEDOR.
Buenos días:
A mi llegada al hotel comprobé que el aire acondicionado de la habitación no funcionaba correctamente. Durante toda mi estancia fui trasladado de una habitación a otra.
Quiero destacar que mi estancia tuvo lugar en el mes de agosto, en plena ola de calor, por lo que disponer de una habitación adecuadamente climatizada no era una cuestión menor, sino algo absolutamente necesario para poder descansar y permanecer en el hotel en unas condiciones mínimamente confortables.
Lo más desagradable de la situación se produjo cuando, ante mi insistencia en que seguía teniendo serios problemas por el calor y que las soluciones ofrecidas no estaban funcionando, una persona de recepción me respondió que, si no estaba a gusto, tenía la opción de «largarme».

When we arrived at the hotel with no luggage at 9.45pm & after a long stressful drive from the airport (opposite side to Australia) the staff were amazing. A big shout out to: Sergio for being calm & amazing at the front desk, the wonderful Lara in the restaurant for staying open a bit longer to give us some much needed food. Super amazing Jon front desk for calling the airlines several times, including creative storytelling to chase up our luggage and the absolutely amazing Susana from the restaurant for being my Spanish teacher. Learning new phrases. Everyone was amazing and the property was excellent.

Great location, lovely hotel with a very relaxed ambience, large rooms and bed which was very comfortable, great powerful shower. All staff at the hotel were super friendly. Great choice for breakfast.
Swimming pool was smaller than it looks in the photos and it was very busy so getting a sun bed was difficult
We booked one night only, couldn't use all facilieties. Noted an exellent location, near to all attractions. But still quiet at night and in the morning. Compfortable beds, very clean bathroom. Nice view from Rooftop bar. Parking.
