Friendly staff, beautiful interior, clean, and convenient. We would return here for our next visit.
Pros:

The reception staff was helpful on how to access parking and downtown, we loved the ease of entry/exit. Rooftop view was beautiful. Everything was clean and functioning well. Would return here for next visit.

Cons:

The tub was difficult to climb into for a shower. Some sort of safety bar would help. Since it was early May, the rain dampened the seating on the rooftop. Most of the time the skies were clear, but sitting up there was not possible.

So glad we found this hotel - we will be back
Pros:

Very dog friendly our dog had his own bed and bowls, he was made to feel welcome on arrival
Comfortable bed and generally lovely room with big walk in shower
Convenient parking right below the hotel
Staff were fantastic and helped us when we couldn’t find the hotel (it is down a no entry road)
Easy access to road via a lift to save the hill walk

Great location & good breakfast
Pros:

Great location with a lift straight down into town & everything is walk-able from the hotel. Friendly staff, amazing breakfast options! Really enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

The spa was an additional fee despite staying in the hotel which seems cheeky. Rooms could have robes provided for additional comfort but all was nice.

Great location, great facilities wonderful staff
Pros:

Location, location, location!!! Having an elevator within the hotel that took you down to street, absolute bonus. Roof terrace with pool was great. Access to gym and spa if you want, spa chargeable. Car parking on site, again chargeable, but worth it. Restaurant and bar were good value, we only had dinner one evening, but selection of food was excellent. Special mention to Jon, who was particularly helpful, although all staff were friendly and professional.

Cons:

Sorry to say that the only thing we could complain about was staff in the restaurant. Service could have been a lot better when compared to the rest of the service we received. Such a shame.
