I stay at the Hyatt House every time I go to Looisville. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. They have a good breakfast buffet, and in the evenings, you can get food and drink. It is close to many excellent restaurants, both local and national chains.
There is also a great little coffee shop called Heine Brothers across the parking lot.
Parking is difficult when they are full.
Location was perfect for our needs.
Parking lot very full, property rented spaces for a hot rod show, lots of trucks and trailers in lot. Difficult to find parking.
Front desk not very friendly.
Shower lacked water power.
Bed was not very comfortable.
Just stayed one night, while passing through town. Hotels is in a nice location. Rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and updated. The staff was super helpful, kind, and welcoming. The rooms were spacious. The bathrooms are super nice and the shower was wonderful. We had a slight problem with the toilet but the staff got it fixed pretty quickly. The breakfast available each morning was nice and had lots of options available. Parking is available for free during your stay.
I had a room with the kitchen up and there were several items in cabinet that were not clean.
This motel uses motion sensing programmable thermostats which limits the lowest temperature in the room and turns off the AC unit and the lights when you go to bed. You wake up hours later sweltering in the heat. If you want to sleep in a pool of sweat, STAY HERE, if not, stay elsewhere. I am a Hyatt Globalist and will NEVER stay here again. Renters do have rights.
It was amazing staying!
Location and cleanliness
I asked for manager to call. Never happened. The card that was supposed to be used for incidentals was charged instead of the one I booked it with. The manager was too busy to help address it and was supposed to call me. Never did. Frustrating.
Great location and the staff were wonderful.
The location wasn't far off the highway. The property was clean and inviting. Our room had a kitchenette with all the necessary wares and dishwasher! Very cute! I was very impressed with the price and all that was included. Wonderful breakfast with amazing attendants! They were def 5 stars!! We will defiantly use Hyatt in the future as a favorite! Would defiantly recommend!
This may be our third or fourth visit to Hyatt House. We always receive a friendly greeting. We love the king suite with the kitchen for multi day stays. We use the fridge and microwave for reheating leftovers. We're always looking forward to our next visit.
