A little disappointing initially but then got better with time
Pros:

In a great location close to the highway and shopping

Cons:

On initial check in our room was not clean and we did have to change rooms. The room they offered was an upgrade but didn’t have enough beds and the pull out couch was not comfortable so we all shared the one bed (2 adults and a child)

Pros:

Breakfast was amazing, rooms were spacious. Loved the rotating tv for couch or bed and the kitchen. Really made the most of the space. The shower was great and didn’t get water all over the floor. Also loved the island and was able to work there.

Pros:

The beds were so comfortable! And the staff were so warm and welcoming to my dog, they even gave her a treat upon arrival.

Cons:

There was a huge gap between the bathroom door and the wall. You could see into and out of the bathroom when the sliding door was shut. This was I'll designed.

You and your property are not a priority here.

Room was nice, temperature stayed comfortable

Cons:

Shower wasn’t as clean as it could have been which prevented us from using it. This hotel has no security, no outside cameras to monitor property security or guest property outside. Other guest cars have been broken into and my car which was visible from front desk and less than 90 feet from counter was vandalized and supposedly noone saw or heard it happen. Over $4000 damage to vehicle.

Awful bedroom and awful ac unit in the rooms. poor quality of sleep

I stayed during Christmas week. I would not recommend to stay at hotel during this time. There was low amount of staff. The cleaning crew was invisible. The food quality was not good at breakfast. They have a amazing presentation for breakfast but the food quality is not good. expect carbs like bread, cereal, waffles. They have sausage but its low qaulity food items. I recommend more fruit.
The bedrooms are not pleasant. The rooms are starting to show wear and tear. They use a smart hvac system. The system turns on and off. The lowest temperature is 65 but the system doesn't run constant. The room gets very stuffy. There is no exhaust vent for the bathroom, so the hot water travels to the bedroom. the rooms get very hot and stuffy. the windows are air sealed tight. The couch has funky smell to it. When we arrived toilet paper and paper towels were not replaced. The showe is another issue too.

Great Stay
Pros:

Quick visit as we were in town for one day but very good customer service. Even offered my water and late checkout as a tier member so THANK YOU.

Good for a quick family trip

Overall the Hyatt is what you'd expect - a decent place to rest for the value. It tends to be a family hotel. The staff were kind and attentive.
