Amigable, cálido y encantador.
Pros:

La ubicación, todo cerca transporte, supermercados y tiendas. El apartamento superó mis expectativas y los anfitriones nos dejaron café, té, galletas, dulces, cafetera, tostadora, tetera, estufa, pailas, ollas, loza, servilletas, pañuelos, papel, toallas. De verdad 10/10 precio vs calidad. Estuve en el apartamento de planta baja y me encantó. Vuelvo sin dudarlo.

Cons:

Es más arreglo del lavaplatos una pequeña filtración y depronto un televisor, pero realmente superó nuestras expectativas el lugar es súper cálido y está muy bien ubicado.

Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato in 2 diversi appartamenti perchè eramo troppi per uno singolo. Il primo era molto bello, probabilmente rinnovato da poco. Il secondo un po' vecchio ma comunque pulito e confortevole. La posizione è buona, molto vicina alla fermata di tram e bus. Nella cucina si trova tutto il necessario per fare colazione, cosa molto gradita, oltre ovviamente alle stoviglie. L'host molto veloce a rispondere quando contattato.

Empfindliche Personen (Allergien, Elektrohypersensibilität) sollten eine andere Unterkunft wählen.
Pros:

Das winzige Zimmerchen war mit Sorgfalt hübsch eingerichtet. Es war gut erreichbar und es lag im Erdgeschoß. Zusätzlich gab es Knabberein, Tee und Instandkaffee gratis.

Cons:

Irgendetwas, das im Raum verwendet wurde (Tapeten, Kleber, Renovierungsmaterial, Möbel? o.ä) dünstet aus. Es ist nicht zu riechen, aber empfindliche Personen spüren es spätestens am nächsten Morgen. Selbst mein Partner, der auf nichts allergisch ist, spürte, dass die Haut unangenehm und ungewöhnlich spannt.

Der Raum ist schockierend winzig. Das steht aber so auch in der Beschreibung. Das private externe Bad ist eine Treppe tiefer. Beim Zähneputzen können dir andere Gäste über den Weg laufen. Privat ist nur die Toilette und Dusche. Die Küchenzeile ist eine Gemeinschaftsküche im Erdgeschoß (gleiche Ebene wie das Zimmer) - gut ausgestattet ! - aber mißverständlich in der Beschreibung formuliert.

Der vorgesehene Frühstücksbereich ist ebenfalls extrem schmal - in Zimmer und Küche. Im Zimmer vorhanden ist tatsächlich ein Wasserkocher und Mikrowelle, 2 Tassen mit Tellerchen. Es gibt kaum Platz, um einen Koffer abzustellen oder aneinander vorbei zu gehen.

Mir fehlte ein Fernseher. Nur zufällig hatte ich ein kleines Tablett dabei, so dass ich das Fehlen ausgleichen konnte. WLan-Zugang ist kostenfrei. Aber es steht auch kein TV-Gerät in der Beschreibung.

Die Bilder sind übereinstimmend. Aber die Küchenzeile und Bilder vom privaten, externen Bad gehören nicht in die gleiche Reihe! So denkt der künftige Besucher, dass das Teil der "Ferienwohnung" sei. Ist es nicht, wenn diese Einrichtungen mit anderen geteilt werden oder eine Treppe tiefer liegt. Um künftig Mißverständnisse zu vermeiden würde ich zu diesen Bildern einen Extra-Link setzen.
Ja, noch genaueres Lesen meinerseits wäre sicher auch hilfreich gewesen, aber wer kann sich so in winziges Zimmerchen vorstellen - es war kaum größer als mein Kinderzimmer in der Mansarde - und ohne TV.

Gute Lage. Ruhiges Viertel. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Coffee, Ketchup, Tee, Kekse u. A. for free.

Cons:

Doppelbett war 1,20 m-Bett. Kein Bügeleisen. Internet anfangs extrem langsam. KEIN 2. SCHLÜSSEL bei 2 Personen.

Great price, great location
Pros:

Location is great, close to tram and shop with great prices. Really good kitchen with everything you looking for. You use their milk and cofee and tea. You can wash your clothes. Really amazing stay.

Cons:

If i should point something out, it was litle bit noisy because of trams going just couple metres from apartment every 10min. Also mattraces were really soft. Toilet and shower is not located directly in the room, which is not convenient if you wake up in the middle of the night and have to walk stairs down. Otherwise perfect holiday i give 10/10
