I was charged $19.00 for a bag of potato chips but on the bag it said $5.00. Did not notify ce until my email receipt.

Clean, staff is friendly and awesome customer service.
Pros:

Joe and other front desk personnel are wonderful. They greet you and truly listen on any accomodations you may need. They always ensure the facilities are clean, no matter the time of my check in. They are consistent in their service.

Pros:

The suite room was vary spacious with extra linen already available. The breakfast was typical but good. Staff was friendly.

Could use more parking but we were there on the weekend and it was manageable.

I love it and will return.
Pros:

The location was great. There is plenty of lobby space to sit. The breakfast was decent.

Cons:

I had my door hanger outside the door, but housekeeping was going into my room as I was coming back from being out. He didn’t speak much English, but he understood I didn’t need any service. I called downstairs so hopefully they squared that away.

I had a great time and we enjoyed it and it was the best hotel we ever stayed at

The people were very nice and it was very clean and it always smelled so good in there whatever air freshener they have in there. It always smells so good in the hotel

Cons:

I think they should have a vent fan vent in the bathroom cause there was a vent, but there was no switch to turn the fan on and you need that 😊
