I really enjoyed for the most part and the staff is awesome.
Pros:

The staff at this location is incredible.
Location is close to amenities that are great if you are at a hotel.

Cons:

The room was not as large as I expected. Separately, while situational we had a fire alarm at 345 am during which we had to evacuate for about 45 minutes.
Free late checkout would have been nice or something else…
Breakfast while ok isn’t great.

Pros:

Breakfast was good. Location nice. Was in town for an Autism Conference at nearby NCSU's McKimmon Center representing my district.

Everything was absolutely beautiful. The lobby was clean, nice, and there was a bar! The room itself was huge, clean, and so nice! It was in a good area and so many places to eat and shop right next to it!

Breakfast ok , however very crowded

Cons:

I was charged $19.00 for a bag of potato chips but on the bag it said $5.00. Did not notify ce until my email receipt.
