Deja, mūsų patirtis šiame viešbutyje buvo labai nuvilianti. Papildomai sumokėjome už apsistojimą su šuniuku ir prašėme erdvesnio kambario su gražiu vaizdu bei didele lova. Tačiau gavome kambarį su dviem atskiromis siauromis lovomis ir vaizdu į kito pastato sieną. Kambarys buvo ankštas, su mažu koridoriumi, tamsus.
Ypač nuvylė administracijos ir personalo bendravimas – nei karto neišgirdome atsiprašymo. Susisiekus su administratoriumi dėl galimybės gauti geresnį kambarį, nebuvo suteikta aiški informacija koks bus mokestis už upgrade. Vėliau visos viešnagės metu buvo siunčiamos sąskaitos, kas paliko labai nemalonų ir neprofesionalų įspūdį. Kai gavome geresnį kambarį turėjome sedėti ant laiptų ir laukti kol bus duotas kodukas, nes kambarinė į praeitą kambarį įsiveržė pati, mums nespėjus baigti pokalbio su administratorium.
Taip pat buvome iš anksto užsisakę SPA zoną, tačiau negavome jokio įėjimo kodo. Vel gavome skambinti administratoriui ir suvedinėti skirtingus kodus kol galiausiai pavyko patekti į vidų.SPA zona taip pat nuvylė: neveikė televizorius, patalpoje jautėsi stiprus chloro kvapas, erdvė nebuvo vėdinama, jacuzzi buvo šaltas.
Vakarop susisiekus su administracija dėl nepatogių pagalvių, administratorė net nepasisveikino ir atsakė labai nemandagiai, pasiūlydama eiti į antrą aukštą paieškoti, o jei nerasim tai niekuo padėti negali (lyginimo kambarys buvo trečiame aukšte dėl ko dar reikėjo gaišti savo laiką :) ).
Labiausiai nuvylė personalo bendravimas ir požiūris į svečius. Dėl šių priežasčių šios vietos nerekomenduočiau tiems, kurie tikisi kokybiško ir ramaus poilsio.
