Viskas puiku, gražu, tvarkinga.
Pros:

Labai švaru, estetiška. Geri pusryčiai, bei lokacija.

Cons:

Turėjome nesklandumų su šildymu, tačiau vėliau išsisprendė.
Peršviečiamos dušo durys gal nėra labai mano ,,skonio’’ 🤭 tačiau interjeras puikus.
Viso to, nevertinčiau, kaip minuso.

Užsisakemė viešbutyje nakvynę ir papildomai užsisakėme SPĄ zoną.

Susisiekus telefonu, patikslino, kad spa zonos kaina 1h -25€, tačiau po pokalbio parašė sms, kad kaina keičiasi ir bus 40€.

Sutikome su pasikeitusia spa kaina, tačiau nuėjus 20h neradome jokio dirbančio žmogaus, skambino telefonu, patikino, kad mūsų rezervacija buvo patvirtinta, tik dėl neaiškių priežasčių personalo nėra viešbutyje, kuris turėjo mus įleisti bei paruošti spą zoną.

Situacijos išspręsti nepavyko, jokio pasiūlymo iš jų pusės negavo, apart pasakymo, kad ieško dirbančio personalo. Atsiprašymo taip pat nebuvo, reikalavome, kad grąžintų pinigus ir keitėme viešbutį, nes visiškai nebesinorėjo būti, kai mums svarbi diena buvo sugadinta. Realiai viešbutį rinkomės dėl būtent spą zonos
Kambaryje taip pat buvo šlapia kiliminė danga.

Love the actual room - clean, spacious with an amazing view., great location.

Cons:

There was a miscommunication regarding the spa. When we attempted to book treatments a month prior to arrival, we were informed that bookings were not being taken but that we would have priority should they reopen. However, upon arrival, we were told that the spa was fully booked.
Dressing gowns were not provided in the room.
Housekeeping service was lacking, as we did not receive clean towels during our stay.
Although the room included a kettle and mugs, there were no teaspoons. Additionally, one would expect a Presidential Suite to be equipped with at least a coffee machine.
The hair conditioner bottle in the bathroom was empty.
