Great hotel, highly recommend
Pros:

Stayed here at least three times now, would not stay anywhere else. Great facilities, good WiFi, great and helpful staff, fan in the room, comfy bed

I would recommend this hotel in the future but would make sure others were aware of the lack of AC.
Pros:

The location was perfect and the staff was exceptional! Breakfast was delicious and fresh.

*Special shoutout to the staff: I celebrated my birthday on July 20 and the staff left me a treat bag filled with candies and two bottles of water. This made my day and was so unexpected!

Cons:

The mattresses were not very comfortable and the fan could have been better. I wasn’t prepared for the lack of A/C and it took 2-3 nights to adjust.

I also would’ve liked a little light for the lower bunk and/or a small table next to the lower bunk for my phone charger.

Lovely, friendly hotel with a difference
Pros:

It was fun and quirky. Also the staff were extremely friendly, kind and helpful.

Cons:

I’m being picky but there needed to be an extra mirror that wasn’t in the bathroom. And also I didn’t like the ladder for the bunk bed because I stubbed my toe on it but that was my fault not the hotels

Cute hotel for a girls trip to Munich!
Pros:

This was the perfect hotel for a girls trip to Munich for my friend and I. We had a lot of fun with our bunk bed train-themed room and couldn’t stop talking about it when we checked in. The location is very central while also being situated on a quiet street. The staff was very friendly and I personally loved the candy bowl at the front desk. As an American, it was fun to try a new German candy every day of our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends!

Cons:

Our only small complaint is that the rooms were pretty warm. I understand it is summertime in Europe and not many buildings have AC. But, it felt like the ventilation in the room was not great. The fan was nice to have in the room and we ended up propping open the window with the chair to get more air flow.
