Cosi Ao Nang

Location is perfect and the amenities are absolutely great. The hotel is honestly a gem, it just needs to be bettet cleaned. We had a good time other than the cleanliness and upkeep of the room.
Our toilet got blocked on the 1st day of our stay. The staff just told us not to put toilet paper in. We did not put TP in, it was probably already blocked from previous guests. In the end, it took 8h for them to come clean and they didn't unblock the toilet at all... we had to flush multiple for waste to go down. The shower also did not drain properly at all.
The backboard of the bed had a lot of hairs on it. And the TV and refrigerator seemed to be badly cleaned.

Very small rooms but worked great for just a taking off and landing point if you are planning to be mainly out and about. Earplugs recommended though due to noise in busy party area.

Nice hotel, very clean. My only issues were the steps leading to the property are painted to create an optical illusion. Terrible for disabled people like me. Thankfully there was a ramp. No where to sit in the room except a bean bag. So hotel designed for young fit people.

If you are visiting krabi/ao nang area this is perfect not too far from the beach it’s in walking distance of a lot of shops and restaurants. The hotel was nice and modern and clean

Location was great and the property was clean. The tourist information desk was super helpful for booking trips.

We didn’t get our room cleaned everyday which was disappointing and the reception staff were quite rude/unhelpful. After staying in COSI at Koh Samui, it unfortunately wasn’t the same experience.

Clean room and nice staff, good location

An eco-friendly hotel that is clean, convenient to most of the restaurants and close to to Ao Nang beach. Staff in the lobby are very helpful as well.

Centrally located but not directly in beach road so had best of area. Simple but comfortable enough.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at COSI. The staff was fantastic and the facilities were nice. The only drawback was the mold in our bathroom and shower. The shower didn't drain and would overflow onto the floor.
Overall, I would stay here again. It is closely located to Ao Nang, many tuk tuks available, shopping and bars near by. Thank you COSI

Cosi is nicely situated in a convenient area and wasy to walk to anything you need. Staff was pleasant and very helpful. We had an issue with the AC unit and maintenance was there and fixed it immediately.
We did find the room a little noisy. You can hear everything in the hall.

Location was great. Breakfast was not great.

It was a quiet place to sleep and might have been really nice when first built. Now its getting rather run down. Broken hooks and handles in the room, broken door to enter building, overall needing a deep clean. The staff was friendly and included breakfast was good. Had a very overpowering smell of cough syrup. There were also no outlets near any mirrors in the room, making it difficult to dry and style hair. Water pressure was poor as well. Needs some TLC and could be a quality place again.

Great place

The location and price were the main reasons we stayed here. The photos really exaggerated the site. Even though it doesn't seem very old, it's quite worn in many places. Much more of hostel vibes than hotel.

Great place , pleasent stay

The main reason we booked the hotel is because of the “rock climbing pool” but when we got there, we found out you can’t actually rock climb and this was just for decoration.


Rooms were really small compared to other hotels in this price range we’ve stayed in before but everything was clean and you got to use “credit” in their store for food and drink items which was good.

Also, they offer laundry services (self serve) but do not use them. Our clothes came out wet but not clean and then took 3 rounds in the dryer before we gave up because they didn’t dry so we had to hang the washing in our tiny hotel room. We went to reception to tell them the dryer wasn’t working and they pulled out a slip for a “washing machine refund” so looks like they have this problem all the time when it comes to washing and drying.

Hotel staff were friendly so no fault there. Easy walking distance with lots of food options nearby. I would recommend this hotel as a “cheap stay” option for someone backpacking!! :)

Great little place

We had a great stay at Cosi. The facilities were fantastic, staff were very welcoming and helpful and the room was comfortable. Brilliant value for money too!
