Pros:

Everything. The room was fabulous and very comfortable with a great view of the pool and sea. Bathroom was amazing

The staff were truly exceptional and service was top notch . Nothing was too much trouble. Ali at the pool was always so friendly and helpful and Masum kept our room spotessly clean. The ladies on reception were so nice and any requests were dealt with promptly.

The pool was perfect. Nice tranquil music playing so you could actually read a book in peace or take a quick nap. Sunbeds were super comfy. Great idea having the infused water containers at the pool to keep hydrated. Plenty of fresh towels supplied by
Ali.

Cons:

There was absolutely nothing except that I wished I could have stayed longer.

Lovely, relaxing resort with great rooms and a fantastic pool
Pros:

This is a fabulous resort. Big, comfortable rooms with everything you need. And the pool area is a big highlight. It’s also right on the beach.

Rooms are spotlessly clean. Lovely, helpful reception and housekeeping staff.

Cons:

The staff in the main restaurant by the pool really struggle. They don’t seem to know what to do and most don’t speak English (very unusual in Malaysia). Everything is a struggle - even placing an order. The food is delicious but the service is a big problem that needs solving.

Amazing 3D2N of pure peace and happiness..
Pros:

Chose this place for my babymoon and no regrets. Everything was perfect, the view, the room, the pool, breakfast spread, service, staffs and etc..

Cons:

I just felt the bed and pillows were too soft..

Pros:

Jättefin hotell med otrolig panorama vy. Alla rum har utsikt mot havet vilket var fantastiskt att vakna till varje morgon. Fin infinity pool med otrolig utsikt. Vi bad om en extra städning och rummet blev ordentligt städat.
Personalen var fantastiska och jättesnälla. Resturangchefen var fantastisk och välkommande.

Cons:

Rummen är lite lyhörda men vi fick ett rum vid gaveln så att vi inte var bland barnfamiljerna vilket var uppskattande eftetsom vi är ett par utan barn. Överlag var det en fin vistelse.

Schönes Hotel mit einigen Mängeln;kein 5-Sterne-Niveau.
Pros:

Schöne grosse Zimmer und Badezimmer. Diese waren auch sauber. Schöne Aussicht im 8. Stock aufs Meer.
Die Strandlage, obwohl man wegen den Quallen nicht im Meer baden konnte.
Das Frühstück war reichlich und das Meeresfrüchtebuffet am Samstagabend war gut. Das Personal ist dienstfertig und freundlich.
Die ruhige Lage abseits der belebten Zonen hat uns gefallen, aber für Sightseeing wäre dieses Hotel ungeeignet, da abgelegen.

Cons:

Zuerst hatten wir ein Zimmer(831) das , das völlig feucht war. Wir konnten ins 816 wechseln, das besser war aber immer noch feucht, denn die Klimaanlage hat keinen Entfeuchtungsmodus und das Badezimmer kein Fenster und keine funktionierende Lüftung.
Das Hotel hat ein massives Problem mit sehr vielen Raben, die am Pool und im Restaurantbereich ständig herumfliegen. Sie stehlen Essen von den Tellern und verkoten die Liegen am Pool. Es wird nichts dagegen unternommen. Das ganze gibt einem das Gefühl, man befinde sich auf einer Müllhalde und nicht in einem 5 Sterne-Hotel. Sowieso wird das 5-Sterne Niveau
in diesem Hotel klar verfehlt. Die Auflagen für die Ligen und die Sitzkissen werden nachts nicht reingenommen und nach dem Regen sind sie stundenlang feucht. Der Pool mit den Liegen befindet sich direkt vor dem Restaurant, was keine Privatsphäre zulässt. Die Pool-Dusche ist direkt neben den Tischen und man kann so nicht richtig duschen. Das ist eine völlige Fehlplanung.
Die Etage mit Restaurant und Pool nebeneinander ist viel zu eng und völlig falsch konzipiert, denn auf den anderen Etagen gibt es viele Leerflächen. Am Frühstücksbuffet ist es sehr eng am Wochenende, wenn das Hotel sowieso zu fest überfüllt ist. Es fand eine Hochzeit statt und am Freitag und Samstagabend wurden die anderen Gäste stundenlang durch Lautsprecheransagen belästigt. Dieses Hotel würde ich nicht mehr am Wochenende buchen und schon gar nicht für den Preis, den das Hotel verlangt. Wir hatten eine massive Vergünstigung durch booking und so waren die Mängel akzeptabel.
