We hadden de kamer gespaarde naar kamer met balkon en kingsize bed ipv 2 losse bedden. Hoewel dat best duur bleek te zijn, was het een prachtige. Zeer ruime kamer met alles er op en eraan. Heerlijk bed. Voldoende flessen water iedere dag. Erg vriendelijk personeel overal. Ontbijt heel uitgebreid, ook uitgebreide tijden. Dinerbuffet ook uitgebreid en goed te betalen, en onbeperkt
Zwembad ook heerlijk met ingebouwde bubbelbaden. Niet heel veel ligbedden,,maar toch steeds ruim voldoende. Ook op het aangrenzende strand, maar helaas kan er niet in zee gezwommen worden door gevaarlijke kubyskwallen, maar daar kan het hotel niets aan doen, dat is op heel Penang zo. Het zou geweldig zijn als het hotel netten zou (laten) spannen.

Cons:

Op de kwallen na niets eigenlijk,,of het moet de toch wel hoge prijs voor Maleisische begrippen zijn.

部屋から見える海の景色が綺麗でした。スタッフの方々もフレンドリーで、親切にしてくれたので安心でした。

Cons:

最初の日にバスタブにお湯を張った時、湯の中に汚れがありました。一度全てお湯を捨てて、浴槽も綺麗にしてから入れ直したら改善しました。

1) комната на 3-м этаже с бильярдным столом, автоматами и теннисом настольным.

1) не очевидно и без информации меня поставили в известность по поводу депозита при заселении, это было сюрпризом для меня 2) сегодня уже 19 марта 2026 года, мне не вернули оплаченный депозит 3) к сожалению, как проблему при заселении меня не предупредили, что номер 710 дверью выходит на проезжую часть, очень громкие мотоциклы или авто с шумом будят в ночное время 4) в случае если гости заселяются или выделяются, при очень не звукозаищенной двери, доставляют дискомфорт при утреннем или ночном сне 5) комната для детей около бассейна на первом этаже работает не совсем корректно согласно установленного графика, то есть устно переносит запланированные мероприятия для детей, но на следующий день не помнит о том, что обещали днем ранее провести ту или иную активность (речь шла о изготовлении браслетов) 6) на мой взгляд не совсем продуманная система предоставления услуг бесплатного трансфера до туристических мест, так как мы планировали записаться на такой автобус, но мест не было достаточно для того, что бы воспользоваться. 7) не совсем удобные ограничения для того, что бы воспользоваться местом для завтрака, зал для гостей, которые не хотят принимать пищу около бассейна/на улице, не хватает. Приходится каждый раз просить снимать ограничительные таблички для комфорта гостей отеля.

Einfach alles! Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer mit Balkon und fantastischem Meerblick. Das Personal hat uns wie Könige behandelt. Zudem haben wir für unser Zimmer nur sehr wenig gezahlt. Sehr schöner Infinity Pool mit Blick aufs Meer.

Чудове місце для спокійного відпочинку біля моря. Приголомшливий вид на море з номеру, кімната зручна, простора, ідеально чиста. Затишне місце для відпочинку на балконі. Сніданки з великим вибором страв в персонал завжди готовий допомогти. Це тихе та усамітнене місце на узбережжі в оточенні природи. Багато великих дерев, величезний басейн, зручний спортзал. Обладнаний пляж.

It was amazing, fantastic, comforting, safe, peaceful & memorable .
Pros:

I love the location, the cleanliness, the facilities , the good food, the beautiful & amazing staffs with their kind gestures and many more… I love my stay and it was worth it.

You guys just need to have a burn fire show 6:30 - 8:00pm at the property to entertain your guests, I bet it will be fantabulous..
