Great sea view and swimming pool
Pros:

- beautiful location and beautiful infinity pool
- the personnel is very kind and helfpul
- my room was spacious with a beautiful sea view from the balcony
- the breakfast was very good

Cons:

- the food could be improved: it’s too expensive for the quality provided. Also only offering the ability to eat at the buffet in the evening and otherwise send you back to your room to order food should be changed. The dinner buffet looked amazing, but I personally never eat so much. So 130 MYR for only taking a little something is too expensive.
- the rooms are poorly soundproofed. If you are a light sleeper or go early to bed, take your ear plugs.
- hotel isolated, so it will be difficult to eat outside, pretty much nothing around and it s a 45-50 min drive to Georgetown. However, if tranquility is what you’re looking for, this hotel is perfect.

Pros:

Location, property, Malaysian food

Cons:

Can add some food options for pure vegetarian, specially Indian food like Dal, paneer, veg curry etc.
Our friends were pure vegetarian, so little difficult for them but they managed.
Just a suggestion to add veg Indian options

Pros:

The room and bathroom were gorgeous with a great view over the beach. Excellent food, especially the huge breakfast buffet. Great staff.

Cons:

Only six sun shade umbrellas by the main infinity pool, meaning there aren't enough sunloungers in shaded places. More sunloungers and umbrellas would have been good on the beach too, especially given the large size of the hotel.

Despite the good location, it wasn't a nice vacation. The hotel had nothing to offer.
Pros:

Nice room and good view
Breakfast choice very good and delicious

Cons:

Pool directly next to the restaurant. Deck chairs only available on one side. No privacy.
The covers on the loungers are dirty.
Activities organized by various companies on weekends. This meant longer distances and more noise.
The hotel was only able to confirm a late check-out for me on the last day. I need to ask more times for it. Hotel was almost empty.
Generally long distances within the hotel.
The sea was basically unusable due to jellyfish.
Spa area with extremely high prices.

I loved it and extended my stay, also booked to come back the following week!
Pros:

The rooms, which are all sea facing I believe are beautifully presented. Gorgeous big Kingsize bed with fresh crisp bed sheets. Nice enough beach in front of the hotel, not the cleanest but great to be next to the sound of the ocean. Great resort to drop and flop, stunning. Great cv equipment in the gym, Life Fitness treads, bikes and elliptical. Would have liked some kettlebells but that’s just me.

Cons:

Beers were somewhat pricey by western standards; £15 for two bottles (330ml).

Fantastic resort for relaxation. Highly recommended.
Pros:

I was here for a family holiday with my mum. At check in we were kindly upgraded to a suite with a swimming pool. This made our trip. The swimming pool is superb and i enjoyed swimming there. The breakfasts are fantastic.

Cons:

The restaurant is bit disappointing for evening meals. There were not many people eating and the fact many have takeaways suggests this is one area which could be improved. We decided to walk into town about 1.5km away. there are some decent restaurants.

J’ai apprécié la qualité des lit et des draps qui sont extrêmement confortable. Piscine jolie
Petite mention spécial au café helena à Batu où nous avons superbement bien mangé

Je n’ai pas apprécié le manque de gentillesse du personnel des l’arrivé, au déjeuner on ne peut pas choisir sa place le bruit est assourdissant le déjeuner bon mais tout tourne autour de plat asiatique de plus les abord de la piscine sont vraiment sale, les clients ne font aucun efforts et le personnel n’estime pas bon de garder l’endroit propre cet hôtel ne vaut pas un 5 plutôt un 4
