Overall amazing! Everything was perfect if you are looking for a relaxing resort this is a great option. Staff are very nice, pools, beach, food and everything else is superb! Massage center is also 10/10
It is a bit far from george town, almost an hour so make sure that you know that before you plan other activities
Breakfast ok not much choice & food is serve not warm enough & there are plates have food stain not cleaned.
The shower bathroom water drain not properly flooded.

Everything was absolutely impeccable, from the beautiful setting to the service and the overall atmosphere. The property is a little secluded, which is perfect for those looking for peace and quiet. At the same time, it’s only about 5 minutes from Batu Ferringhi, where you can find plenty of restaurants by the sea, entertainment, and even fire shows.

View from balcony was good.
The No.11 restaurant was very good the first time we went and then the second time it wasn’t as good. Also they are changing the menu now so it’s hard to imagine what the restaurant will be like when it becomes Tex mex.
The “blue cloud” cocktail was very tasty.
Firstly; when you arrive the bellman takes your bags and then tells you remove any valuables you have. Specifically any electronics. I asked why and he wouldn’t give me any reason. I asked if there is a problem with theft and they didn’t answer me. Immediately i felt unsafe in the hotel. I have stayed at hundreds of hotels in the world. This has NEVER ever happened to me. When we went to check-in i asked the lady at the front desk and she also didn’t give me any answer, her English was not good. I told her i didn’t feel comfortable leaving my bags with the staff for them to bring up since if the hotel management doesn’t believe that my valuables are safe with them then how can i relax?? So my husband and i had to carry up all 3 large bags to our room. Nobody guided us to the room (it’s a very large hotel) and also when we asked if we could use the luggage carousel and they said NO.
When we finally got up to the room we were really upset with the whole experience and also wanted more clarity on if theft is common here. So we brought it up with staff, they gave us 100RM off. This seemed nice of them until we realized it doesn’t apply to any alcoholic drinks and the prices at the hotel restaurant are very pricey. 100RM doesn’t even cover most of the main dishes. This was a joke.
Other bad things that happened:
- service was extremely EXTREMELY slow. 20 minute wait for cocktails
- the espresso bar at the lobby was also very slow and unprepared
- there was a fly in one of our drinks at the bar by the beach, we gave it back to them and they seemed unphased by it, also we are pretty understanding so whatever things happen but still i feel like at a true five star hotel this would have been dealt with better
- the toilet leaked water out of the bottom of it
Overall experience of the hotel
- no swimming because of jellyfish
- extremely far from all restaurants other than the ones in the hotel
Truly this hotel is horrible. I would never ever recommend this to anyone.
